Dr. Fellner is an incredible dentist who pays meticulous attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, his friendly staff (Jasmine) made me feel comfortable. His precision and personalized care left me impressed and confident in his expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Fellner for anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

The hygienist was gentle and extremely thorough in all aspects of the dental treatment. From explaining the process of x-rays and measuring the gap to cleaning and polishing my pearly brights.

I would not recommend this Dentist.
I went to Dr Fellner's office for an implant and cap on my front tooth in 2022. After the procedure he gave me what he said was his cell number if I had any problems after hours. I did have an issue on Saturday and called the number, left a voice mail, but never got a call back. The implant was never adjusted to fit my bite. I mentioned this again later with the hygienist while getting my teeth cleaned and was told the doctor did not have time to see me. Then earlier this year I lost a filling and called the office for an appointment to get repaired. After waiting over three weeks for an appointment, Dr Fellner told me he thought I needed a crown instead of repairing the filling, he said he was really good but thought I needed the crown, I was still discussing this with him as the tooth is still good and I didn't really want to have it grind down but he had already left the room and was with another patient. As I was leaving I had some questions about the estimate I received and was told the person I needed to speak with was not there but she would have her call me. I didn't get a call so I called and left a voice mail, and then called again later and left a message with the receptionist but never received a call back.
It seems he is always pushing for the more expensive option. I thought it was strange that I could get an appointment for the more expensive crown weeks sooner than I could get an appointment for a filling. Another example is when I was told I needed a special toothpaste and was charged $25 for a tube of toothpaste. I checked online and could get the exact same thing for $12 with free shipping.
After a few weeks of no response I went to another dentist for another opinion and the filling was repaired.no crown needed.
Again this week I called Dr Fellner's office about the adjustment for my implant and was told someone would call me back, but again no call back. Apparently he does not stand behind his work.
Update: regarding your response: Still waiting for that team member to "reach out". Don't bother, I've moved on.

Dr. Fellner has been my dentist of choice for over 25 years. He's done crowns, implants, root canals as well as the normal care of my teeth. He has always done a professional and great job. He is personable and kind. His staff is always pleasant and professional. I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist.
. Thank you!

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and I could feel a sense of putting the additional effort in to accommodate my schedule. Very pleased with my consultation with the doctor who is a very personable patriotic man and explained things to me in a way that helps me identify better the issues that I was having and how to correct them. The lady who cleaned my teeth I forgot her name as well but was just as professional and very knowledgeable! Very very pleased! Thank you!

Dr Fellner & his staff were very friendly & explained what we were doing in a way I could understand. I (like a lot of people) have dental anxiety & they've always been sensitive to that, making me feel at ease and comfortable.

I would give them a zero but that’s not an option. No one at the front desk knows what is going on and forget calling and asking any questions about your account no one will ever call you back. I explained to several office staff that my temporary partial broke I asked if it could be repaired or when was my permanent coming in …………………4 weeks can’t tell you how many calls no answer no return call. I thought it was me I went in today and brought a friend with me she listened as I was asking questions about payments, insurance and prepayment was told that the money I put forward was already spent $2099. I’ve had 2 visits. I come home look at my statements and compare the insurance with the bills from the dental office. BEWARE they do not minus out what your insurance pays. I should have around $850 credit after insurance this is a total rip off and I’m going to the Attorney General with this. So sad the dentist is really good. BEWARE!

I made my appointment and was sure to share all of my information, including my insurance with the person on the phone when I scheduled my appointment. She confirmed they accepted my insurance.
I received a phone call the morning of asking me to come in early because the previous person before me canceled.
I made sure to accommodate that.
As I walked in, I would not say there was an overwhelmingly friendly atmosphere.
As I was filling out my paperwork, I was made aware that my insurance was not accepted as in network. I felt like it was a bait and switch. Then they started offering me other deals they could give me.
Very unprofessional and was not apologetic at all. Had an “oh well” attitude was not a good first impression.
I feel like they should’ve competed due diligence since I gave them all of my info ahead of time. Horrible experience.

Dr. Felman and his staff are very efficient in the office operations. They seem to work as one unit and I appreciate all they do!

Office looks clean but nothing looked auto-claved. Look at the teeth marks on the xray bitewings. Most dentists cover these parts in plastic. Other items also looked unclean as well.

Dental tech will exaggerate your condition and upsell you services you don't need. I would recommend a different dentist.

Very unprofessional.
