Been trying to get in the Fss program, this place never does the job properly. Never return calls, case worker are no help just increase rent.

This place is a joke! I was wrongly evicted when I gave a 30 day notice that I was moving out. Vanessa was never in the office doing her job, Tina, I think that’s her name she didn’t know what was going on half the time and was the one that told me to write my 30 day notice on NOTEBOOK PAPER! How do you allow a tenant to go a whole entire year without paying rent “supposedly” but then when I say I’m moving oh you got no to pay this. They say I owe 6.5k dollars in rent. That will never get paid because it’s all lies, and I can prove it now since I found the emails. Another thing I’m waiting on 2 checks in the total amout of $723 because they OWE ME! Crazy right!? How do I owe y’all and y’all owe me. But I will Be taking my evidence to court to get that eviction removed…. See you in court soon Lakeland Housing

Can somebody please answer the phone there. No need to leave a voice mail cause they will not return no phone calls. Why have a receptionist and she never answer the phone. But they will swear you down you ain't tried contacting nobody. Emailing them is the same result. But want us to be on point but they barely doing their damn job

Why do you have incapacitated personnel working in buildings for the elderly when a secretary goes around violating civil and constitutional rights and putting those who do not support her in discord to hit the administrator? It is a federal violation to intervene with people and not allow free association

These people are inhuman, they treat you like trash! With everything I've been through with these people, they shouldn't work with the public if they don't know how to do it!

This place is a joke. I'm pretty sure no one works here. I have called this place several times even left messages for the one and only extension available. The phone just rings til the VM picks up, Section 8 Emily then the Option to leave a message. I left a few messages and it's been two weeks and still no one has called me back. Don't bother with this place, and if you have to like l do, best of luck to you. Btw since no one has to actually put in work to get paid where does someone apply J/K.

Very poor attention, they never answer the phone and when they arrive at the office, there is a lot of indifference towards Hispanics.
