This place rocks, the nice lady Maria the head librarian is very smart and helpful to all the patrons as well as me when we have a question she has an anseeer

They were very friendly and very helpful. They take your temperature and do great social distancing.

One of the most helpful, friendly places in town. Librarians are some of my favorite people, and these Librarians are very good and knowledgeable and also willing to give their best efforts to supply an answer to any and all inquiries. Thanks to all the people at the swan lake library facility. You all made my time in lakeland A OK!

The service staff is rude. And he's not trying to help you, well, it's a personal comment, I'll never go back. I felt humiliated by this person, he looks very professional, but he's not.

Great place for kids, Awe learning program available in computers. My 5 year old loved the cosing program.

Nice places to sit inside and work on your laptop. Also you can reserve a small private study room

If you ever loved visiting this library, then you should definitely swing by now that the construction is complete (except for the young kids section). Floor to ceiling overhaul was long overdue and now that it's complete it's definitely one of the nicer libraries.

This library has a lot going on there's a cafeteria there's levels they're just maybe assistance for those classes that you're speaking of I am just unsure at this point they were very knowledgeable very helpful as well did a lot of work with me one on one I thought it was wonderful and professional very knowledgeable so I'm sure that they would be able to assist you with whatever you are searching for after all it is a library

Awesome place for the community.

I'm a little disappointed that some people can't seem to govern themselves when it comes to the noise level in side a library, but the staff and services are top notched.

I had some fun walking over to the public library around Lake Morton dr, Lakeland Florida, but it was pretty disappointing. There was no free WiFi, and no charging stations for devices. It was usually filled with judgemental and shy young adults like myself, but they kept their distance from me and gave me strange stares and looks. (Like they even know my story) I even waved hello to the girl and guy behind the library entrance desk, (That work there.) but all I got was a judgemental stare and no response and then they continued their meaningless conversation as if I didn't exist. Overall, I would rate my experience as a 1 out of 10. The only positive thing was that there was free water and can use the bathroom whenever you can and afterwards get out of there as soon as possible, not worth anyone's time. Definitely not coming back there.

After much wait for the modification, it is a pleasure to visit again. Excellent transition.

Wonderful library, super nice and helpful staff. Good selection of books for a smaller library. Library is clean and quaint with a beautiful view of Lake Morton!

Great staff. Was able to use the computers even though I don't have a Polk co library card. Nice big, clean library
