I keep leaving messages and a call back request and never get a call back. I had to go in person to make the appt. My ct scan was not authorized and they never called to let me know.

Wife had appointment for 2: 15 pm. This place intsructed her to drink 32 ounces of water 1 hour prior but did not see her until an hour later. She is disabled and when she asked if she could use the bathroom, the receptionist got very snappy and was not helping us at all. I would avoid this place like the plague. Zero sense of customer service.
If you would like a painful an agonizing scan, this is the place.

I visited Miami lakes Radiology today. I was greeted by the staff on the second floor.they were nice and helpful. Daisy was kind and also yssel ️️. I loved conchita she is a beautiful person ️. I deeply recommend this center for all new patients, we all need this type of staff.this center have the right employees.

Deisy was very attentive and helpful for my first time being here. She is great in undertaking information for her field of work.

Horrible place of business. They can’t keep appointment times and can’t get authorization on time and blame it on the doctors. To reschedule is far out on the date. They can’t get your billing address correct to bill you yet they send you to collects even though it was their fault when they have a picture of the address on file, they are calling you for updates but can’t call to get payment or verified address. The staff is rude all the time when you call and leave you on hold for ever. They say they are short staff but when you go they have 4 or 5 people sitting in the front. Don’t waste your time giving them your money. I won’t go back to them!
