Recently, I'm staying at the 'Park via Teano' apartment, and it was truly a fantastic experience making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment featured a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. Courtney (manager) hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend the 'Park via Teano' apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-situated place to stay.

My daughter’s 2 bathrooms are clogged and they have had a roach infestation since they moved. The landlord is refusing to help them! They stated “nothing they can do” assuming this is true the very least that they could do is find a property that is in good working order. They can’t even use the bathroom, dishes are on a table, the dish washer is inoperable. My husband had to go to a pest control place in Orlando to see if we could help them get rid of the pesky little roaches. $1500 rent and absolutely no customer service or assistance.
Update:
That is interesting that you say that there are no incidents when there has been multiple visits from your maintenance team to her apartment. Finally, Courtney decided to send a new person and the toilet was fixed. You’ve had pest control visit twice since March when she moved and they said “nothing can be done” we had to take it upon ourselves and spend money to get the pest control issue worked out for her.
It shouldn’t take multiple requests to fix items if you are sending capable people! Your team should not get aggravated when a tenant voices a concern and or find forms of retaliation towards the tenant. You are providing a service and they pay for the unit as well as your service. The least you can do is provide such service in a friendly manner, these tenants in the community, whether you like it or not, admit to it or not pay your salaries. They are your customers and should be treated with dignity and respect! Had you just apologized for your mistake, since the toilet was fixed and that was the most pressing issue, I would have removed the bad review and changed but you chose to provide inaccurate information and blame the tenant.

Finaly found a place that feels like home in Daytona. I'm from inland Florida. I miss the way it feels to be there. Finaly I found it. The beach is 20 minutes away but I have the best of both worlds. The office staff are so welcoming and actually care about you, your history and you feeling welcome. It's a little piece of tranquility in a city. So happy to call this home.

Just recently moved in! So far I love the place. Nancy and Courtney have made the applying and move in process easy and simple, they are both very welcoming and sweet, and quick to answer. Everything is very clean and maintained and I am excited to make this my new home

Overall good management. The landscapers are here weekly and the grounds are well-kept.

The units themselves are outdated (think late 90s-early 2000s) and shoddy fixes throughout my unit are starting to show (scotch tape painted over, rough patch jobs). Certainly overpriced for the quality of life: we live in a nonsmoking unit, but my unit constantly smells of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Neighbors are loud, slamming doors and screaming in the stairwells, but that’s the trashy Daytona crowd for you.

Like I said, good management though, and that counts for a lot. If we have a problem, it is fixed in 24-48 hours.

Many places are overpriced right now, but if you’re willing to shell out $100-200 extra you can probably find nicer amenities and units.
