Visited friend bird droppings all over my friend's car and fairly new trailer neighbor allowed by manager to feed almost loaf of bread plus donuts to blackbirds my poor friend has disabled pass and elderly had to leave after three months manager said sorry and let my friend go my friend wanted to stay and pay 505 rent just advise neighbor manager said bird feeding ok

Overall, the stay was okay. However, we lost our Deposit to them because they said we didn't give them 15 days notice, but we were renting month to month. We found out that the owner is losing money and business is not good there. Vickie, The Manager, was super nice and always very helpful, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of the owner's business practices.

It may take me a while to write my reviews, I take them seriously. Did you ever here the old saying “worth its weight in gold”? It’s worth every bit of what you will spend. They truly care and if you have any, and I mean any complaints, they are all taken seriously. Attended to pronto! While the accommodations may not be 5 stars, they will make you feel that important. Vicki, the woman behind the desk, and the rest of the staff, take every complaint seriously. While we did not have many complaints, and none that were anything serious, that’s the way they treated every single issue. Being on the lake and those beautiful sunsets, that is what is most important. It can be romantic, fun, and you can meet some pretty special people. I think we’ve made a couple of friends for life. It’s not the Taj Mahal, not for the spoiled rich or people who don’t value some of the most important things in life as I do. What I do know is you’ll get your money’s worth. In my opinion, with Vicki, in time, I am sure that place will be worth a whole lot more. Give that girl a raise! She treats this RV park as if she owned it. You do not see that kind of thing much in life. I say God bless and hope to see you soon! I just can’t say anything bad about people with true heart.

Absolutely beautiful view of the water from their docks. A good sized, always clean pool. The club house is always clean and has a lot of different entertainment and work out equipment. A real sense of community when throwing mixers and celebrating holidays. Highly recommend if visiting and or wanting to live there as a permanent resident.

The people here are great and so is the management (new as of 2020ish). They love kids and animals and they're very helpful and understanding. I take my dog and daughter on walks everyday with plenty of room and no worries (I keep them in the community gates). Entire park has always been well cleaned and maintained!:)

Mens room was gross. Toilet was backed up for days at a time. Fortunately our rv is self contained.
Otherwise everything was ok. People are friendly, clean inground pool, sites are rather tight but that's pretty much everywhere. There is a game room with a pool table, cable TV, weights, etc.
Overall I'd stay there again, just avoid the bathrooms if you can.
There is a boat dock, in fact several of people have party boats here. We didn't get a chance to go on Lake Okeechobee, though I'd like to.
Rates are affordable, WiFi is iffy but available.
Plenty of restaurants nearby and Walmart is about a 15 minute drive.

Been here several times. Management is amazing. Miss Vicky goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed!

Going on my third year here. Started out in a smaller RV part time and now live in a park model full time! I absolutely love the people and have witnessed the improvements that have been made this past two years. Would recommend to anyone to stay. We have great times, bonfires lots of events in the clubhouse and frequently get together for barbeques together.

What a huge disappointment! Don't be fooled by the pictures. We booked for 3 weeks but only stayed for 1 week. This place is filled with full time renters in old rundown trailers. No place to walk the dog. Right beside a main road which is very busy. At night we could not hear the TV above the traffic noise. After 1 week we had enough so we left. Of course we did not get any money back. If you like the feel of sleeping on a road then this place is for you.
