Lakeview Oaks Apartments, Tampa FL

Lakeview Oaks is a wonderful community. They are fast and attentive. The community is quiet, clean, peaceful, and just the right size. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the surroundings. The office staff is great. Caitlyn is so very helpful. She made my move in process seemless and fast. She worked with me every step of the way and she is always eager to assist the residents with the highest professionalism and friendliness. Please ask for her if you are considering moving here. She goes above and beynd her job:)

I worked with Brie to purchase an apartment for my time as a student at USF. Brie is very professional, easy to work with, and makes the whole process easygoing but successful. Would recommend her to anyone here looking to rent here.

This is my second year living here and its only been uphill from when we moved in. There were some issues regarding our lease when we initially moved in during 2022 with the previous team, but Esther was quick to step in and make it right. The new leasing office team is incredible. They are very professional and understanding, and work very hard to keep this a good community. Maintenence is quick and friendly as well.

There is an active community here but very rarely to the point where it gets to be too much - and when it does the office steps in to maintain the peace.

Rent has gotten to be a bit steep but compared to the rest of Florida, I'd rather continue to pay the couple hundred more a month to be in a clean, well-maintained community. This is personally the best apartment experience I have had. Big thank you to Esther and the rest of the team for all you do.

I have lived here for several years. I have had several issues with previous management and maintenance, however, Esther is an amazing property manager. She is great at communicating and solving problems. Rent is pricier than I’d like at this point, but the complex is nice, and the new gym is a great amenity. Would recommend to someone moving to the area.

A really nice place to live. Staff in leasing center are very nice and maintenance will be done quickly after you submit one. The environment in the community is enjoyable. It takes about 10 mins driving to USF. All in all, this is a community you could find that probably will be the top 3 of your apartment list.

I have to say the property is very clean and maintain very well by the property manager ESTHER ARNOLD and her Assistant manager DIANNA CHISOLM They are both very nice and respectable and will help whatever you need help with. I recommend new residence and future residents to come in and give a chat with them.

The greatest experience in renting an apartment. Definitely the best staff that you can find anywhere and their professionalism is top-notch. For anyone who is renting nearby the USF area I highly recommend Lakeview Oaks, great staff Esther, Dianna, and Joey are 5 and the entire maintenance team is also 5!

I want to say that I wish I never left. All of the staff are exceedingly great at their job. Everything is customer satisfaction. When something was wrong it was always fixed not with a Bandaid, but THE RIGHT WAY. I will call out Joey and Esther for their amazing jobs. The place was amazing and I loved every bit of my time there. The renovation are amazing and make me jealous. I would definitely stay there again!

Great place to live and ideal location. Never had any major issues living here. Maintenance requests are solved quickly and the office staff is always helpful if you need anything. Esther in the front office has been great to work with any time I've had any questions or concerns.

Never had any problem with leasing staff or maintenance. Loved the dog park and location. Great apartment living

No hot tube anymore
No gym for two whole semesters
No pool as well
No leasing office

Paying the same price for rent
Never ending renovation.
