Lakewood Apartments, Brandon FL

I recently had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex, and I can't say enough positive things about it. The amenities are top-notch, the maintenance team is prompt and efficient, and the manager Jennifer is very friendly, responsive and had no problem helping me with any issue I had. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and public transportation. The community atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to call home. I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent living experience.

I've lived here going on my 3rd year now. It's very quiet and affordable. Jenn is amazing, anytime I need something whether it's a maintenance request or just inquiring about anything she is always quick to respond. She's very friendly and keeps the place running good.

Jen is the best landlord. She's always on top of things and get stuff done in a timely matter she checks up on her residence to make sure everything is fine she is very friendly the property is always clean she's the best and I'm going on 2 years living here and I enjoy it

Came by to look at an apartment and Jenn was so sweet and nice she’s very detailed I was able to take a look around and I noticed that the complex is very taken care of it’s nice and quiet out when I stopped by didn’t even feel like we were close to a main road. I’m very appreciative of the time I was there Jenn was very timely mannered as well. Thank you so much
