6Staff is horrible. Called to make an ent appointment months ago. Asked if they take Florida blue, they said they did. Waited months to see the doc, filled out all forms online and came the day of my appointment, show up early and they tell me they don’t take my insurance. Horrible service. You guys should be ashamed.
Dr. Jessica Kassover is absolutely wonderful, it was super easy to book an appointment to see her when I wasn’t feeling well. She is my primary care provider, and I’m so glad to have a doctor that’s as nice and welcoming as her:)
Whats the point of having a Lab in Lakewood Ranch if you can't even get your testing done here?
Out of 5 offices the Beneva Campus is the only one that actually accomodates all testing
Sent an e-mail as instructed to request an appointment for a new patient with a medical issue. Never got a response back. Called a week later and was told no appointments until November. I will not try this group again.
Dr. Madchel and her APRN are stunning! They take me seriously and answer all of my questions. They were very forgiving when I messed up some of my labwork and helped me on the road to better managing my condition.
Dr. Matchel doesn’t care about her patients she only cares about MONEY. In an out in less than 10 minutes after waiting 5+ MONTHS to get an appointment just for her to prescribe me the WRONG MEDICATION that made me feel 10X WORSE! I’ve been dealing with hyperthyroidism for over a year now, AND IM STILL AT SQUARE ONE BECAUSE DR MATCHEL NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MEDICAL SCHOOL. I will NEVER step foot in this money hungry, disrespectful, unorganized “doctors office” ever again. Intercoastal medical group was the worst experience IVE EVER HAD AT A DOCTORS OFFICE.

Intercoastal medical group needs to be shut down! Oh and not to mention i’m still waiting, have been waiting for the past 2 months for them to TRANSFER MY MEDICAL RECORDS SO I CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A NEW DOCTOR IN SARASOTA THAT CARES ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF HER PATIENTS!
