Amazing! Wonderful place for my family to live. Office and maintenance staff go above and beyond. A pleasure to deal with.

We loved staying at lakewood village. Quiet and peaceful. The dog park is kept exceptionally clean and plenty of room for play. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Our RV site was nice with large patio and yard area. We loved having our own individual garbage and recycling bins. Definitely recommend for everyone!

Water off again broken pipe busting so I have to waste my money on water more water more water more water more water this is so ridiculous all this money you'll make from rent and you can't fix water issues that been going on for a year or two now

This is an amazing place to live! The people that live here are friendly always waving and saying hi! The facility is always clean and kept nice! The pool is great my kids love to go swimming and it's clean and the upkeep is great! The staff is so kind and caring and make you feel like you are important and not just a number! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to find not only a great place to live but a family!

Nice pool, friendly staff. Concern's include not being notified when water is shut off and insufficient staff to pick up trash along wall and sometimes in the pool area.

Nothing but good things to say. This community is so well kept and clean. From the moment we checked in to stay on the RV side we were greeted with kindness and smiling faces. The check in process was fast and convenient. Every employee in the office is just the best, all throughout our stay. We’re leaving for 30 days then thankfully coming back. By far the best experience with an rv resort.

Lived here 6 years many changes have been made unfortunately not all for the better. It used to feel like a safe community to live in and the community pulled together for the good of our park That’s definitely not the case here anymore. Bullying, harassment, vulgarity, has become common here at Lakewood Village just a FYI THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT and Nothing is done about it. Thank You …

Having lived here for 12 yrs this place continues to go down hill. They promise to do things like dig a ditch to keep the water from going underneath our homes but to no avail. Now in last 3 years rent has gone up from 515.00 per month to know 700.00. How nice. Still haven't fixed the drainage problem. Just dig a ditch please.

Nice well maintained homes/lawns next door to deteriorating ones with overgrown ignored lots. Many rough patches in streets. Don't recommend for pleasant living.

Great all age park with many new amenity upgrades Close to shopping, Restaurants, just off of exit 147 - I95.

I've lived in Lakewood Village, the only all age manufactured home community in Vero Beach, for a little over a year. I love this community.
It's quiet and clean. The neighbors and staff here are engaging and pleasant. The community is quietly vibrant. Local amenities are a short drive away. Don't miss out on the Vero Beach Outlet mall less than 5 minutes drive from here.
If you're thinking about moving to this area I highly recommend Lakewood Village! Come and check this place out.

Beautiful homes, friendly neighbors and office staffs.
But, the streets needs more speed bumps to be a safer place to live with children.

Amazing quiet neighborhood and the management has been nothing but friendly and awesome with answering questions. I have noticed they work with the community beyond there means, help and patience with all neighbors. Thank you for getting me into the a Amazing community and a Amazing home

Tamra needs to walk behind peoples yard it looks like trailer trash and start having them pick up there yards!

Lakewood Village is a wonderful community with friendly neighbors, spacious lots, and kind and responsive staff. The rates are affordable. The location is great; it is easy to go shopping or access the freeway. The maintenance staff is always working on projects to improve and or maintain the utilities and landscaping.

The facilities are also terrific; we loved the swimming pool, and the new laundry room is "top shelf" with an app-based payment system. The app will indicate how many machines are available before you haul your dirty clothes to wash. The app also notifies you when your machines have finished running their cycles - fantastic and fair priced!

My wife and I lived there for six months, and we plan to return again in a few months. We highly recommend Lakewood village!

I have been living here in this parking lot for more than 8 years and they have seemed excellent and helpful with any issue.

It’s a great place, the staff is great. And they are remolding the place and adding things for kids to do in the park (which is great)

We stayed Lakewood village Vero Beach for 6 months Fairly priced. Of all the camp grounds across the country, by far this is the best. Grounds are always manicured, always updating everything: new updated laundry priced very reasonable. Swimming pool always clean plus public rest rooms. Staff, at any time, is always willing to help or satisfy any issues. They aim to please your stay. With no doubt HANDS DOWN
