This place is awful! They will not fix anything. All they want is your money and will try and say you owe money when you don't. Did that to me last year. After telling them that I have all of my receipts they cleared my account to zero balance. They are scams! No lighting, loud music late at night, never allowed to use the pool, neighbors throwing trash in your yards. It's just too much! Do not move here!

I been at lamplighter 2.5 years. T he residents out there seem to be friendly and i have not had any problems. IT is management.
I had this big tree in my yard where the branches was touching the ground. Kelp complaining, calling (VM) FULL, emailing, went to the office. We gonna send someone, we called someone. They said that to get me out they face. Next thing i know the tree has fallen on the ground. Let just say thank God i was not home nor my daughter was visiting. It would have smashed both of our cars. Same issue going on with the electrical. No one been out to see what going on. When I inquired ABOUT IT.wE PAID THEM TO COME OUT. Lady they did not give you any type of report. If they so called came out? Come on now! Do not act like i am aggravating.

Simple improvements could be made here! Take care of your home means taking care of your community!

Watch out for Management here. I was contacted over 5 yrs after selling my trailer and getting the buyer approved and checked by Management to purchase the trailer. They lawyer said i owed back lot rent but couldn't give me a date or dates of missing payments. I know now of 3 people they have recently went back and said they have missed payments but when they show proff of that months payment they go back and say its another month instead. Scamming to collect old lot payments because they can't keep up with their book work.

Poor interaction. Mail box constantly fool. I drove by more than once left note and still no response.

Loud music. No one to get them to stop. A couple homes with loud partys all the time. No one to help. This is not a place for families. Look else where. Houses falling apart. And the new onea will cost u over 1000 to live in if you like living on stilts. Management does nothing. GET A HOME ALARM! OR YOUR HOME IS NOT SAFE.
Horrible park. Expensive gru 300 all the way up to 1000.00 bills. Crazy fees and fines. Horrible management. Horrible ran park. (U WILL FIND NEEDLES AROUND PARK BE CAREFULL) and you also have kids trying to brake in to homes. This is not where you want to be. 950 and up on rent. Becareful most of the older homes have mold in them or have been covered up. Really not a place u want to spend your money to live. No body to help with problems. Lots of empty homes. Beware of bad kids with no one watching them. They put a new playground and the kids broke the slide. No washer or dryers on sight. Not close to bus stop no stores near by. Just all in all a bad park. Look else where. And the corporate does not care. They will just up the rent. Most of the residents have been moving homes out. And the nuisance ducksThey get all over your stuff poop all over your stuff get underneath your house make lots of babies they're not a pleasant thing to be around. Park does nothing to get rid of them

Always a great experience. I really like watching the ducks. Landscape is nice and the people living there seem to care about where they live, by keeping their places (yards) clean

I dont live here but i visit my cousin and there were roaches in the house before they even moved here lmaooooooo
and spiders dude the houses are big sizes and smal like yoo

I don't live here, but I do frequently visit someone who lives here. It's utterly ironic that the neighborhood is called Lamplighter but there is no light whatsoever to illuminate the sign of the neighborhood and it's near impossible to see at night.

The people that run the park are not friendly at all and they dont work with their residents when they are struggling and the pool is never open.

Moved here because it had a pool for lamplighter use. After 2 managers were fired for embezzlement and the pool being completely refurbished, pool is still closed. It's been closed 2 years now. Very poorly run.

I don't live here but my aunt has lived here for 30+ years. The only problem Ive had are kids running in front of cars and some of the yards need to be better maintained.
