I have no complaints with Dr Feller, my rating is more to his office staff, they are horrible unconsidered. Never answered phones, always a recording to leave msgs saying you will call back, NEVER happens! If you are lucky someone answers, same thing, “I will call you back” and same, NEVER happens. You have no way to communicate with your Dr. After almost a month I have been waiting for his assistance, as instructed by Dr Feller, to let me know insurance approval for medication for my painful condition. Here I’m calling every single day for weeks to find out about my case. I’m just thinking on finding another Dr so I can get some relief for my problem. I’m very sorry for Dr Feller for the kind of workers he surrounds with. Giving Three stars only in consideration of Dr Feller, office deserves 0.

Dr is wonderful! However staff is incompetent. If your willing to wait weeks to get through to their office by phone (ridiculous!) then you will recieve great care by the doctor.

I am so happy with Dr. Feller. He is a good listener and doesn't make you feel like an old person just complaining. He has helped me with my condition and discussed treatment options. Very compassionate and understanding. I have recommended him to anyone I know. His Staff was really nice to me and I had no problems making an appt.

It’s really hard to live with a degenerative disease at 26 years old. There is a lot of life that I miss out on due to pain, medication side effects, and fatigue. It’s unfathomable to think that anyone would go into the line of work to care for people like me without any intention of actually helping them. I have been seeing doctors for 12 years for my condition and have never dealt with an office staff as careless, non-communicative, and unwilling as this one. Dr. Feller prescribed me a new treatment regimen on December 30th and it was not sent to the infusion center to begin the insurance process until February 21. For 52 days his staff sat on my order. To make matters worse, when my insurance denied this medication on March 13, no one jumped to file an appeal. In fact, an appeal still has not been filed to this day (April 25). After months of unreturned emails and voicemails, I finally have enough of his office notes to find myself a new physician. It has been 4 months without any medication to stop the progression of my worsening condition. I would not send my worst enemy to the care of Dr. Feller. I deserve quality care and so do you. Save yourself, go anywhere else.

This has got to be one of the worst offices I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing Dr. Feller for 2 years. He’s super nice and a good doctor but the staff is HORRIBLE! I left several messages to reschedule my appointment. I got a voice mail back CONFIRMING my apt. When I called again to tell them I need to reschedule…they never called back. I didn’t show up and never heard from them. Once I needed 2 prescriptions filled, they only filled 1 and I had to chase them down with several phone calls again. I have given up and finding another doc. I left a message Friday I needed my records. Never heard back, stopped by the office just now and they charged me $25 for records. Not fair that I had to pay because I can’t trust them to send records to my new doctor.
