My experience here was more than extraordinary. This was my first time EVER financing anything.let alone a car. Sayvon Miller and Joshua Mooney really made the process very easy and stress free. Both of these gentlemen were personal and very hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing when I was here. They created a fun and safe environment, which is a plus. I am so GLAD I came here instead of going to another dealership. I can not Thank Josh and sayvon enough. God bless

On my recent trip to Sarasota Land Rover I worked with Troy Burns. It was a great experience. I would definitely come back to the dealership and recommend family and friends.
The story continues and it has a great happy ending. The new owners under the management of DAN Came through exactly as he said he would. I got a sweet cheque for my mum, It is great to find people like him that are honest and helpful. He did his due diligence and got it resolved. My mother got her money and they have the car. A big thank you to all those involved in this long drawn out event.
I'm being kind and giving them 3 stars because they might be the right dealer for some kind of buyer, but for me personally it was a bad experience. Upon exiting the vehicle we were approached by a dealer employee. Again, some may want to not even get out of their car before being met, not my preference. This individual asked what we were there for and then ushered us into the dealership. I would prefer to have a more customer centric approach and address my needs first rather than the dealer's. The employee asked for my phone and driver's license. I inquired why as I've not presented my license except when doing a test drive. Their answer "We have to have your license to pull keys". Never heard that anywhere before and they should get rid of that policy. Then they say they have to make a copy of the license. I totally don't approve of that but I'm not given any say in the experience. Then after way longer than any copy would take a different person comes back and helps us. We are driven to a remote lot where they vehicles we are interest in are and it's clear they don't have keys and we're not going to get to even see inside the cars without the wait for the salesperson to return to the dealer for them. So we're left to looking in windows like a package thief. Not sure who dreamed up this car buying experience but it's not for me. Interesting final point, the sales person said the vehicles are fixed price and they get buyers from all over the southeast because of their prices. I inquire how they are handling the rapidly decreasing used car pricing and they say their prices are so low that the don't have to lower them to be other dealers. I looked at the car I'm interested in on-line today and they've dropped the price $500 from yesterday. So much for that story. For me personally, as a seasoned car buyer, this dealer centric approach doesn't work at all. My tens of thousands of dollars will be going elsewhere today.

Gave me the best deal and Its wasn't about cheapest, but the most realist price point! We got the lowest out the door prices.
