PLZZZZZZZ STAY AWAY I’VE BEEN HERE LESS THEN 2 MONTHS BEEN HAVING AC ISSUES SINCE DAY 1 GOT A HIGH ELECTRIC BILL FROM JUST RUNNING MY AIR AND IT NEVER STAYS COOL. TAKES 4-5 HRS TO COOL DOWN AND THEN WHEN YOU CALL MAINTENANCE TO COME LOOK AT IT THEY DO NOTHING BUT TELL YOU THEY DON’T LIKE BEING TOLD HOW TO DO THEY JOB. CAN’T EVEN DRINK COLD ICE WATER BECAUSE I MOVED IN WITH A BROKE ICE MAKER THAT WAS PROMISED TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY AND ITS NOW BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS. I’M NOW RUNNING MY AIR YET AGAIN FOR THE PAST 4 HOURS AND THE THERMOSTAT STILL SAYING 80 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE AND NO POINT OF CALLING MAINTENANCE BECAUSE THEYRE ONLY GONNA TELL ME ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TILL MORNING IM FED UP. LORD PLEASE HELP ME ITS GONNA BE ONE LONG HOT SUMMER

I moved there October 12, I never see any roaches at my place, i can't say nothing wong about London trace, it a better place in this area to stay i love it, i enjoy my stay

Most of the bad reviews I see here are about Roaches and the Staff not doing their job or being rude, I don't know about the first one but I can relate to the second one (Staff not doing their job or being rude). I went there today, there was a lady at the front, she greeted me and sent me to another office at the back where two ladies where sitting starring at an iPad (on Facebook as I could see on the screen), I greeted them and told them why I was there but it seems like scrolling through faceFace was more important than giving me the information I needed, with a bit of persistence from me one of them finally decided to help me by just walking to the office at the entrance, grab a flyer and just handle it to me without even saying a word, when I tried to ask her for explanations about some stuff on the paper she replied "everything is on the paper" and walked back to the back office doing what they were doing when I entered the office. The same day, I went to a few different apartment complex and all of them where so different in the way they assited me.

HORRIBLE! I've been calling for the past two weeks and each time I've had no answer, left several voicemails and no one returns my calls.

I recently applied with them.to start when you get the you will be welcome with Ms Karen she pretend to be nice but you can tell she has an attitude problem, I told her I didn’t have some requirement documents but I was interested and I could bring it later, she ok when we started filling out paperwork she basically put in on table leave there and said just call me, we didn’t get no help from them and there was another two other ladies who will pass by you and not even greet you! Yes! THEY DONT CARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT WITH THEM! Looks like they don’t like what they are doing I didn’t realize of all bad reviews until I came to check, story short we filled out we made the math and we certainly qualify for their limit income however 2 days after they call us to let us know we don’t qualify since we pass the income limit which I am REALLY GLAD because I didn’t want to give my money to these people, If I would have seen their reviews before I would have no waste my time filling out their application and YES I LOST MY $25 APLICATION FEE x 5 and don’t care THIS COMPANY SHOULD HIRE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE DEDICATED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR AT LEAST HAS A KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS and not people just working for money! I KNEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Just take your own conclusion! $871 for townhome 3bed/2bath? All these reviews are true!

So yesterday I took my cousin to apply over there, originally she spoke to some girl named Lucy, from her opinion, she was quite nice and all. Mind you, I left work to take her there. There was a lady with braids with all her edges missing, that took the paperwork and said that she wasn't making enough money. When I asked if I could cosign, thinking getting an apartment is like a car or a house, her answer was: she can't entertain this conversation. So working behind this desk made her fell like a lawyer since she stated she couldn't hear that. This morning we went to one of their sister properties since they are all under the same management company "Dominium" her paperwork was accepted. For future reference please hire capable individual with people skill. Stop hiring old bitter women. It's a bad reflection on your property management.

This place is expensive for the maintenance and people care.alot of roaches you call for treatment the apartment but dont care i want to move out am just waiting to finish my contract poor care!

I would like to know, if managment do something already with the staff and their altitud problems? I just ask this due to all the bad reviews i saw in here. I looking foward to apply here, in the pass i visit someone in here and i love the place and was not like this i see on the reviews was a place like you really want to live in.

Verrrrry bad crime rate, too much shooting. Kachina is horrible and so is the other lady that “handles” paperwork (more like loses it). Don’t trust anything the management say. They won’t fix a thing! I personally was in the “newest unit” and didn’t have bug problems however once you took a bath it leaked through the floor which is your bottom level roof so it was all over our kitchen and living room/furniture. It’s the hood, project, cemetery and the devils layer all in one. Get out while you can, this place should be free! Also, don’t try to make friends with anybody, they are not trustworthy. And the kids are very bad, disrespectful, and fast/mannish. Wouldn’t recommend in all honesty. And yes security sucks, they just drive around on their phones. And maintenance would be better off unclogging sewer pipes in our rivers. “Boo”chanan bay is bound to break down! And kids will vandalize your porch and car.

I haven't moved into this place but I see that every complaint on here has a follow up message from the complex with the same response. I want to know if the real issues were resolved because this is making your apartment complex look very bad especially if you are a person moving from another state like me and my family. I might have to consider something totally different if this is really how they treat tenants. I also agree that they never answer their phones. I've called the office since 10a.m when they open and its now almost 3 and still no answer smh.

I have been calling for 3 weeks to get info for my cousin that got her place burned down amd needs to be somewhere in february. No one ever calls back

They keep posting adds on Craigslist and other websites saying they have availability but then I call and they say it’s a wait list. False advertisement.

This place is nasty just like the staff. Roach infested trash all over the streets. We still haven't got our a/c fixed 3 months later. You can never get ahold of the staff yet they are quick to take your money and never answer their phones. We should not have to pay this place the way this staff works they should be paying me to live here. WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN THE COMPANY SHOULD BE DISGUSTED IN THEIR STAFFING CHOICE.

Plus cops are here 24/7 people getting killied and dropping like flies.

Btw Landon trace employees stop writing good reviews about yourselves to make you look good here. I doubt anyone that pays rent here acctully wants to live here

Worst staff ever. I have been dealing with the office since September. Got accepted to then go to the office multiple times due to "lost paperwork". They tell you half ass information. I have tried calling the office multiple times and no one answers. The times I have gone they are rude, so yes im going to respond back with a mouth. Very aggravated and frustrated.

If I could give Negative stars I would! I was shown a unit on Friday October 20,2017 and the unit was fresh clean with new carpet, my Husband and I decided to sign the lease! During lease sign we ask 2 staff members if they had a pest problem specifically roaches in which they both said no, now that they are under new management! We continued to sign lease! Went into the unit and placed Raid Foggers as I usually do upon moving into a new apartment. We left for 4 hours and returned opened our door and there was ROACHES EVERYWHERE! I then left to get more foggers places those and returned Saturday morning upon which I saw so many Roaches babies and adults! I then decided to make a video. On Monday I went to the office to speak with a manager which they refused to make time to speak with me about the issue, although I expressed to them that I was homeless due to the fact I can’t have my 7 year old and 11 year old in a Roach infested home not to mention it pregnant! They ignored me! I then left and contacted Corporated since everyone in the office found more important things to do! Upon speaking with the Reginal manager she agreed that it was disgusting and email them instructing them to return me my money and let me out the lease! If you have options and don’t want to live with Roaches Don’t live here! It was like a Roach Hotel! DO NOT DO IT!

Horrible staff never answer phone your maintenance request gets attended two weeks after u requested it. Roaches everywhere! Rude ass staff make up their own policies. The apartments are very spacious however it's not worth dealing with the people in the office kachina Moore is the devil!
