We hired Landscaping Solutions of Florida to do a landscaping project on my mothers lawn.
We were delighted with the work which was done in a very timely manner. The crew left the area very tidy when they were finished, they were thorough and very professional.

They were very professional and prompt. More so than that, the knowledge they shared saved me a lot of money in the future. If I had planted what I thought I wanted to, I could have damaged my sprinkler system and surrounding fence. It is very anxiety provoking when it comes to landscaping as there are so many variables at play; however, the knowledge that was shared was and is immensely appreciated.

I had requested a flagstone wall to be built in my front yard to match the fountain that is also in the front yard. When they showed up with the stone I said it was not the same stone that was used around my fountain and their reply was it is the same color as the fountain. I insisted that they go around the corner from my house and look at the stone work on other properties. Evidently they did not do this and built a narrow wall next to the fountain. This did not match up. After a corner of the wall fell over I contacted them 14 times and finally got a response from Mike who came out and was very unprofessional stating that he did not insist on final payment, looked at the wall and walked away. I have sent other request to repair the wall with no reply. I am very disappointed in the job and stated this on their invoice. Marks reply was why did you pay for it. I have the text that he sent stating he needed to be paid and to give Mike the check. Bad decision on my part. They had the sample of the fountain right there and did not build to the specifications. They are unprofessional and work ethic very bad. I Do Not Recommend this company to anyone.

I met Mark the owner who gave me a fair quote on a big job, which consisted of trimming all palms, hedges, plants, bushes, and trees. I accepted the quote he gave me and a date of which the job will be done. His crew showed up on schedule, completed the job within a 4 hour time frame. I was very pleased with the job they did. It was done on a very professional manner. The crew was very courteous. I was very satisfied with all the hard work they put in it. It is a pleasure to work with Mark and his crew. They are hard workers and honest. I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone who is in need of a landscaping company.

I worked with Mark from Lanscaping Solutions of Florida and it was such a pleasure doing business with him. I had several bids and his was the best price and I was very impressed with the entire process of our Lanscaping project. Even after the warranty expired and one of our plants died, Mark brought us a replacement. Excellent service I recommend them highly.

The team was friendly and hard working, they followed my instructions to a T. I’m very happy with the product they delivered. I would recommend.

I used this company to put in a natural area at the back of my property, a large enough area for 5 full grown trees. Marc said he would come and paint the lines and design a shape before the job started. He never showed and when I outreached, he said his manager would handle. Also, the "manager" moved the space to a natural easement and drainage area and water puddles and will likely cause drainage issues for the property. During installation, I contacted Marc because the team also did not place weed barriers before planting and they also did not remove any of the prior grass or till the space so now I have full grass growing between the mulch. When you displace the mulch, you can see where their team simply trimmed the grass and planted the natural space right over the lawn! All of this for thousands of dollars. I would not use this company for a job that you want to look professional and finished. Save yourself the costs and go with a company that has pride and does a good job. Very disappointed!

Mark and his team did rock installation and replanting of our landscape beds. Mark had great suggestions and recommendations. Very professional, and responsive. We had some minor issues after completing the job that Mark resolved the very next day. He makes customer service a priority. Definitely recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

Mark was incredibly courteous, responsive and professional in all of our interactions. We got an estimate the day after I reached out, and the work was completed about a week later. Great to work with from start to finish, highly recommend.

SCAM! Do NOT USE! The company responded saying they didn’t know me…no one does as you can see by my name. They asked my elderly neighbor for $1600 to pull WEEDS, took $800 from her upfront and never came back! Lies and pulls scams on the elderly. SHAME on you!

I hired this company to improve my yard. After 1 12 years later my yard is in the same condition. All plants died and I have spent $9000 over that course of time. Workmanship poor and just dumped rock time after time with no grading. I am a recent widow so I trusted his ad with a Bible verse and touting Honesty.
Please do not trust this company. There are others from other sites that have had the same experience. I kept changing to job to get him to complete the job. Cancelled for 8 months due to weather (his area NOT mine), employee sick, employee under the weather, more weather excuses. It was never about the weather for all that time it did not rain in MY area.

All you provided was rock. Laid all over the place not graded. That was not as you state $7000 worth of work. Do not judge me as you are the one who charged me $7,000 to deliver the rock. All plants died and I was left with half done work regarding painting and grading. I do not know about other callings. Do not judge when you do not know facts. Verbally abusive, only because you would not come out to complete work and kept rescheduling for 8 months with excuses and I was the least important to you. The $700 was never returned tome. One man coming out to fix two rocks is not $700 worth. If you don't want bad reviews then you need to do good jobs. It appears you judge others quickly and jump to conclusions. Before you judge others look to yourself.

Landscape Solutions in NOT BBB approved.
However, complaints have been lodged. Review them before signing. We have had the same experiences as the people who wrote complaints.
Marc is very hard sell, over stays time on the property during the eval, promises everything can be done, over sells his company's competency, he is a very hard sell, asks for deposit on the spot, deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances, even if you cancel within the legally allowed 3 days after signing, according to Marc's BBB response to a complaint. That the deposit is non refundable is not verbally disclosed. You have to read the contract to find it. Reading BBB complaints, similar to our experience, he throws his customers under the bus when they are dissatisfied, and he does not stand by the work his company does. Marc C. Sounds knowledgeble, is pleasant, conversant, but when the rubber hits the road, his company does not perform as promised.

Our experiences:

On day one, neither Marc nor the crew had a list of what work to be done. In fact, I called Marc the Friday before to be sure they were planning to be here on July 5 as planned, and he had to be reminded about the job and date promised. They asked me what the job entailed. They had no plan to begin, so I suggested beginning to clear the space before working on it, which included a large over grown hedge. The first day there was no work done, even though there were 5 crew on site, and all left early afternoon. Marc has denied this, but he is either not telling the truth or he is having memory problems. Ditto with his comments I changed my mind what I wanted done. The promised 4 days of work turned into 6 days of work because they were immensely disorganized, plus they had almost no workers show up some days. On day six, the single worker skipped out early, lied about coming back the next day to finish the work and we never saw anyone again. Marc was contacted and never returned our calls.

Our Problems:

Two walkways of 18x18 step stones were put in week of July 5,2022. They are already out of alignment. This company does not have a professional walkway installer and they had no ability to cut stones to size, but threw in lots of tiny pieces to fill gaps. Same with the new flower bed border, out of alignment.

Three Crepe Myrtles were removed and were supposed to have their stumps ground, that was not done, all three are growing sprouts that have to be constantly trimmed.

New sod put down. It is all dead.

The hedge is uneven and over grown now.

One flower bed cleaned out and new Azeleas planted. We bought landscape cloth to put down before new plants installed. They told us our landscape cloth was not strong enough, and they brought better cloth to use. They never put it down, and they never dug up the old, over grown existing Azaleas as promised, the stumps were not ground either. The bed is full of opportunistic weeds, tree shoots, prickly vines and the old Azaleas are regrowing all over the bed. It is an absolute mess. (There is a BBB complaint on this same issue of poorly prepared ground.)

We know we will have to find someone else to correct this as Marc appears to have a pattern of not fixing what clients are concerned about. He has not returned my phone call and responded to my online complaint by indicating all problems are our fault. I also wonder if there is a question of elder abuse, since we are 80 and 85 and not able to get into the flower beds and correct what should have been done in the first place.

It is difficult to understand why Marc would not try to work with clients toward a mutually happy situation instead of allowing his company to accrue a poor reputation.
To much to ask from Landscape Solutions apparently. Remember, your deposit is NOT refundable and Landscape Solutions is NOT BBB approved, but there are complaints listed you should review before you sign anything with this company.

Total scam have tried to deal with these people have come 3 times no tools unable to do job asked for refund no reply stay away from this outfit

After hurricane Ian I contacted several vendors to give me an estimate on re-planting 4 @ 10' tall trees that had been uprooted by the storm. Some vendors showed, others didn't and still others gave prices through the roof. Marc Cirou showed up on time and gave a fair price and got the job. He and his team braced the trees, supported some bushes, trimmed back a hedge and cut back several large yucca plants. I will; if needed, use his company (Landscaping Solutions of Florida) again without hesitation.
