If they had bad customer service they didn't with me. They do watch you when you shop but they have to protect there merchandise. The owner gave me a beautiful heart sharped box set as a free gift. I loved their selection out of all the beads stores I felt they by far had the best selection. As a wholesale buyer I did see a few things that were over priced the going retail market value for just a few items but not much was over priced. I can’t wait to go back!

I can spend hours there, lost in the middle of the montagne of treasures: crystal, beads, pearls and other precious stones… la caverne d’Ali Baba. There no place like this!

Love it. Employees are watched like hawks and transactions are micro managed. Would be hard for me to be productive and maintain standards under that type of management. Stern business and art are difficult balance. Stay in your own world, take your time and you will love the place. Just know you are being watched like a hawk while you are in there.

If I can give a zero star I would worse place ever employee and owners are the worse you will get the worse customer service alive. Don’t shop here their stuff are fake.
