Lantana Cascade Manufactured Home Community, Lake Worth Beach FL

I am not a current resident. However, I visit family daily. I was considering becoming a resident but after observing the last 3 months.no thanks! The place could definitely use improvement with maintenance & security.
The pools are closed more then they are open because the chemicals are never right or something is broken per the office. The gates are always broken.allowing anyone to enter. Out of 3 months. I've seen the gate working maybe 3 days total. And not even a full 24 hours. Gate will work in the morning then broken again by the evening. Noone supervising the main entrance or pools. When the pools are open. Kids are left unsupervised there who cuss and fight with each other. Zero security on site besides cops looking for someone or on a call. They shut the main water off/On without any notices. You have to buy a $5 laundry card just to use the washers & dryers that cost $1.75 each per load. The machines are also ran by a different company, so any issues won't be handled by the office. Stray/Resident animals roaming free all over. The only good thing I can say is that it does stay pretty quiet at all hours, even on the weekends.

Very beautiful place with nice pond. A mainly Latino community with a gate checkpoint and security.
Definitely if you can afford to live here no one will bother you

Lack of security. This place advertises itself as a "gated community ". The gates are always broken. Heavy police activity. A man was shot dead in this great place. The sheriff's depurities are here almost every day. I was going to work about 2 weeks ago and saw sheriffs deputies bloking the main entrance to the park with big weaponsr eady to shoot pretty much. I thought if they started to shoot I was right in the middle of bullets. If I had the moneyi would get the hell out of here. But unfortunately that is not possible right now. Anybody thinking about moving in here think twice. This is not a safe place. Again the police is always here. This place does not deserve any stars at all.

I was going to check on rentals here, but seems like management doesn't get things done and give you an answer just to keep you quiet for awhile, a butter up thank you. Not a place for my disabled sister. I will search elsewhere.

0 STARS the worst place to live at, they just added security gates and don’t even give the residents the codes to it and when we try to call they don’t even answer how they expect us to enter without a code or when we order Uber/taxi/ubereats even tow trucks can’t enter or delivery people because there’s no code given or no one there to help people get in and it makes traffic because most of all the residents didn’t get a code and when they ask for it they just say call the office but the office never ever answers the call! ¡ I had ordered ubereats and had to walk all the way to the gates for it like a 10min walk since I live all the way in the back this is ridiculous needs to be gone!

Management needs to do something about the people who are illegally renting to other tenets it’s ridiculous at mobile home 3227. E. Mayaguana Lane they have about 4 people not on their lease & there’s police there all the time & that’s what happens when the home owners rents to other people illegally the home owner of that mobile home needs to be penalized that’s against the mobile home park rules against the policy that makes this community look bad all tenets needs to be registered with the office they have had multiple renters at that mobile home location something needs to be done after management is gone they use multiple extension cords to get power from their neighbors which is a safety hazard

I lived here for years, & they still can't seem to get the problem of people parking on the road fixed, it blocks residents from attempting to leave there driveway. Especially in the afternoon when all of mangment is gone. Besides that, it's a nice white place.

I think they should just really add a gym and add fences around the basketball court because there have been a lot of basketballs go into the lake.

Well I purchased a brand new manufactured home to 2 so I did not have to worry about fixing anything but we've had over half a dozen leak issues which cause damage it's been going on over 6 months now it has been took care of and not finished and also I promise to put skirting around my trailer within the first month it's going on seven but other than that this place is great delete my stuff outside don't get stole I don't have to worry about people breaking into things I'm very happy that you about this face except for the issues what's they are going to go thank you

Office never answered calls, always answering service, useless. Don't come here, we are leaving so sad.

Management has gone down hill in the past five years. Cost of rent has gone up (especially during Covid, why? !) when the quality of living (the grounds up keep and people) went way way down. Glad I moved out. I dont really recommend living here.

Management is worthless, they shut the water whenever they feel like it and don’t even let residents know, they are always increasing taxes every year, no security at all, don’t leave any valuable stuff in your lot because it will get stolen, they don’t even try anymore to improve this place.

Despite the gates never working, the development is okay. Usually the pool is open and you can actually go in the clubhouse.

These are people are not too intelligent at all. These homes look like where true trash lives. Don't waste any time!
