Jose Martinez was incredible! He was very quick to fix an issue with the scheduling and was very knowledgeable about our plumbing problem. Will be calling them for all future issues.

Ernesto and Andrew arrived on schedule. Pumped out the septic tank. Very courteous, kept me informed of their progress, and did as good as possible replacing the grass that was displaced. I have used Lapin for many years. I never use any other service.

We called Lapin to come drain our sceptic tank a couple weeks ago. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and Richard was able to find our tank and drain it with minimal disturbance to our yard. You would barely even know he dug a hole. He was also wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I have been using Lapin Services for many years and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. We own several properties on septic system. We always call Rod the field supervisor, he is always quick to respond, caring and very knowledgeable.my daughter calls him "Rod the God with the rod". I would not trust any other septic company. I just had Lane and Josh empty the tank and replace an alarm, they were ahead of schedule and communicated well with their office staff.

I called about a back flow of sewers and they have responded quickly. Mike came to the property and told me the issue and fixed it immediately.

I appreciate their prompt service and will deal with them in the future.

We are trying to build an addition to our recently purchased home. Lapin Services was recommended to us by the previous owner. They - especially Project Manager Chris - have gone over and above to help us through the process. We needed a new drain field - but they told us that the old tank was adequate - they could have oversold us but didn't take advantage. Chris also helped us with an Orange County permitting issue that came up with our general contractor. Great customer service!

Lapin did a great job getting my toilet back to work. Juan at the office was very informative and helpful with explaining the issue and what would be done to repair it. I can highly recommend and will use again for any plumbing needs at my house.

I had a lift station pump that quick working. Called Lapin and they sent out Carl. He was great. ANOTHER company who does this type of work, (begins with the letter B) could not complete in the bidding process with these guys. Don't change Lapin. So, if you have a "weird and unique" plumbing issues, make sure you call Lapin Services for a quote!

Want to take a minute to thank steven horn for coming to my house. I had a clogged pipe from my bathroom to the main steven came over and unclogged it in bout 15 min he was very nice n very professional would and will recomend him to any one. Thanks again steven

I reached out to Lapin Services due to a plumbing problem. Rod Smith and Jim Cessna arrived on time to address my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were not only knowledgeable, they proved to be courteous and personable while remaining professional. I have been dealing with LAPIN Services for decades and my Dad used them in his construction business prior to his retirement in 1984. Chris has always been there to go above and beyond to help with any septic problems I have on my personal and commercial properties. Today I had to call Lapin services because my grease trap at my business was not working. Jessica answered the phone and told me she would have it taken care of immediately. Not much longer after that two large trucks pulled in and Jason and Steve got my business back up and running with out any of my customers even knowing anything. Jeremy pumped the tank, cleaned the filter, and replaced tank cover screws with larger ones to ensure a tight fit. No mess, and no fussing.
