Staff is always friendly and helpful several places to sit and read or do puzzles and draw or do homework

Okay, this little treasure is amazing! Why it took me so long to discover it is beyond me. So they have ukulele classes, bonsai tree classes, an entire children's wing with toys and play area, and reading pillow topped benches in little bungalows.

My son got to play and loved the play area with Connect 4, and he met a little friend this was an amazing experience.

I have always loved the library, but this head and shoulders of what we had when we were his age!

Love this library! Took grandson for story time, great people. Beautiful children's area. Lovely snack bar and book store. Great place to spend a few hours of quiet time.

Huge library! Lots of helpful people. Lots of parking. Many handicap spots. Only 8 or 10 public internet computers. Lots of books. Magazines cd's, dvd's etc.
You know library stuff.
They have a bistro in the lobby open during library hours. They have a book store too. You can buy new and used books I believe.

Friendly staff, clean, easy access for all including parking. Great place to study. Their little Cafe has pretty good food for a quick bite and a good price.

Bright, clean, and friendly. Don't skip R. G. 's Bookmark Cafe. The lemon orzo soup is always worth it. Today's plate is lemon pepper fish, with green beans and rice. Nothing preps me for a good time among the stacks like the good food by Nick.

My family LOVES this library! My two kids love the children's area. There are so many great books available for them at all reading levels. My two year old really enjoys the play area. There's only been a few books that I haven't found for myself here, but you can always request a title. I love finding something new I haven't heard about in the new section. It's also really fun to look at the different recommendations from the staff! Everyone is so helpful and if they don't know the answer to your question they will find out for you.

The Largo Public Library is the "BEST" well managed library i have ever seen. It truly Provides a quality Experience for the Community. It should be the Model for every Library in the country

I love the largo library. Huge selection of books, including all the genres plus a great reference section, very organized with two floors, and self checkout.

Beautiful library lots of new computers and scanners and printers. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is even a small place to eat inside.

My family loves the library. All 5 of us enjoy reading books and looking at artwork and this place has a lot of both. 2 floors of it actually. They have DVD and Blu Ray rentals, Internet access and printers, just in case you need to print something and don't have your own. They charge 30 cents for copies. Think the color copies are a little more. The staff is very helpful and are very knowledgeable about everything on the premises. They also have a little deli at the front just in case your gonna be there for a while. Stop by and kicc your feet up and get comfortable with a good book or watch a good movie if you can find the time. I guarantee you will feel better and more knowledgeable when you leave. Great place, full of great people. Keep up the great work you all.

Needed help at the information desk with cloud library app and got blown off by the librarian. Then I went to the Seminole library and they spent 45 minutes fixing the issue on cloud library and got it back to working.

They have great foreign language resources here, but be warned! This branch often spontaneously shortens hours or closes outright. Checking hours before going is pointless because they only communicate these changes with a sign they post on their doors.

Things happen, but someone needs to train their staff to update changes on the internet. Their current communications are stuck in the 1980s!

I would like to add that while they seem to suffer from staffing issues, the staff themselves are helpful, knowledgeable, and stand out among the many branches in this county. This library is also quiet, has a great aesthetician, and a lovely cafe.

I love the Largo Library and have since 1979 when it first opened original and now the new Largo Library. It always feels welcoming.

Very racist and love to pick and choose who and who not to mess with. Me and my mother was in the library and we had our dogs in the car (we’ve done this multiple times) and we had multiple fans running inside the car the windows were down and we had plenty of food and water for them. Let me remind you that we’ve asked if we can bring our dogs inside they told us dogs weren’t allowed (we’ve also saw multiple people bring their dogs in without them being service dogs or emotional support dogs) but they only continue to harass us they said we were eating in the library when we only had drinks literally from Wawa that had lids on them. They just don’t like us and just don’t like black people and don’t wanna admit it.

One of the best systems I’ve seen. Largo building is beautiful & functional with great staff & volunteers.

To be honest I'm not happy with the Largo Public Library for several reasons. They can feel free to contact me concerning my complaints.

Tons of books and resources here! All the staff and volunteers are so kind and helpful. It’s such a lovely environment.
