Where can I begin? I have been looking into different companies for laser hair removal for over a year and boy, am I impressed with LaserAway. From the intial phone consultation, Clara at LaserAway was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, with a bubbly personality to match. She made me feel comfortable with a plan that worked perfectly for me and has been there to answer all my questions. Clara even helped me with questions related to parking in a busy location when she didn’t have to. She understood that as a nurse, I have a busy schedule and helped me schedule accordingly. She goes above and beyond, and that is exactly what makes happy, confident, loyal customers! LaserAway is lucky to have her and I highly recommend her to all my nursing girlfriends. Have gotten my Brazilian and legs done for 2 years here and I’m soso happy with my results. My hairs are faint and barely noticeable. Ask for yeisi she’s very professional and detailed!

The best med spa in Miami! Went to a Laser Away in California for the first time, but needed to find to another location since I am now based in Florida. I was so happy to discover that the ladies here have the same level of knowledge and professionalism, and that I’ve found an amazing med spa close to home! Stephanie, at the front, is so sweet and welcoming. She helped me with any questions and concerns I had. My nurse, Yiesy, was really nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her for any treatments. I just returned for my follow up and I am loving my results! Will 100% be back for my treatments in the future:)

Leslie, William, and Andrea- what a team. First of all, this is the only place in Miami where you’re treated with respect, dignity, and a warm welcome. William will do ANYTHING to help you. He will comb through various packages and try to find the right one to fit you, and even give you a payment plan. Plus, he is just so nice, so giving, and cool. What a wonderful feeling to walk in somewhere where you feel welcomed. Miami can be a rude city- but walking in here makes you feel like you are somewhere else. Let’s talk about Leslie. She is the Leonardo Davinci of hair removal. She will decide exactly the type of voltage you need, she will laser it in such a beautiful pattern, that it’s like art. Perfect shapes and streamlined flow of laser. I felt it working during the session. She is a professional. She is focused, she is an artist. Absolutely recommend this location and this team. I got this package as a gift and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I had a great experience in the Coral Gables location. The ladies working were very patient and answered my many questions of tattoo removal. The Medical practitioner was also very nice and patient! Highly recommend.

Very happy I found this place, I’ve been doing laser for many years but only seen results at Laseraway. Accommodating appointments and the package-buying process is the only downside. Otherwise, you will see results.

I’ve been going to LaserAway for about 4 sessions now. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I’ve been loving the results of my treatment so far.

The only thing I’d suggest is to do in person consultations as opposed to over the phone, as this may affect packages and areas of treatment. I found that I was told different things over the phone than in person.

Otherwise, their service is good!

The laser treatment, staff and appointment process is above your average medspa. They are super efficient and effective services.

The place has what they do for lasers and I just called and they just told me that they don't do that.

I bought the full body laser, and after my 12 sections I still have hair. The time as was doing it it took longer for the to appear but I still had hair in a weak or so. I was inform that I wasn’t suppose to get more hair for 10 years minimum. I try to speak to a manager when I was in my 10 section because I continue having normal hair I wasn’t seeing any difference. They never call me back it’s been months and nobody contacted me about my complain. I’m not sure if laser would work in a different company but I don’t recommended here. The personal is very nice but you would continue having your normal hair after you finish the process.
