Estela is the most Patient and Caring girl I’ve ever met she makes you feel so comfortable. It’s so rare to fine people with those qualities nowadays, I’m so so grateful she’s so professional she does beautiful work And I can’t be more happier every time I come and see her she makes me feel so beautiful thank you with all my heart. ️ Love the receptionist she’s always Polite and professional and she has a really good taste in music

The A/C was broken in the studio when I went so it was hot & humid, now my lashes have barely lasted 4 days. It was a brand new full set and they’re dropping like flies, none of my own natural lashes are coming off so it’s clearly the glue/application and it probably had to do with the A/C but that still isn’t okay.

Get my lashes filled every few weeks with Estela. She does them perfect every time ️ Love her so much!

I recently moved to Florida and was looking for a lash studio and happened to come across their Instagram and all of the rave reviews convinced me to go! I had Estela and I can say hands down that she is the best lash tech I’ve ever had (we had never even met before my appointment, but found out we were from the same small town in SC!) She takes her time, does amazing work, and is so helpful in the aftercare process! I had an issue with my eyes due to something I did myself and she was so kind and told me exactly what to do in order to help! I get so many compliments on my lashes and I’m always obsessed with how they look when I leave the studio! The studio itself is gorgeous and they have such a professional atmosphere — so I 100% recommend!

I found this studio one random day and saw so many good reviews so I thought i'd go check it out. This was my first time ever getting lashes done so I was alittle nervous. But when I walked in and there was something about the vibe, and how cute it looked inside that made me less nervous! I had Estela as my lash tech if that's the correct terminology and she was AMAZING. She was so super sweet, is very talented at what she does, was very easy to talk to you, and was always making sure I was doing okay the entire time. 10/10 would recommend going there, and seeing her for your next lash appointment.

My lash artist was Estela and I absolutely loved her work! It was my first time having her do my lashes and she did them really flirty and wispy. I mentioned to her why I didn’t like previous work because it made my eye look a bit droopy from a different studio. However, she assured me that it wouldn’t look like that and she gave me pointers about my eye shape and how to open them up. After she did her magic, I completely trusted her work. She’s very sweet and takes her time. For someone new at the time, she really is talented.

Very happy with my first visit! The technician was perfectly on time and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and very pretty! I left with my lashes looking absolutely beautiful with no irritation.

Christina, the manager, is a sweetheart. Always friendly and upbeat and goes the extra mile to accommodate scheduling requests, whatever you need. I don't think this girl is ever in a bad mood.

This place sucks DO NOT waste your time or money coming here, there’s so much drama, all the lash artist talk bad about each other and other places during a service, super unprofessional.

Nina is amazing and really talented. I've gotten my eyelashes done at several other places because I live out of state, but Nina's were by far the best. She was really quick too!

I'm very disappointed with the lash service I received. I had a lot of lashes fall out within 24 hrs of getting them. I inspected the lash clusters I thought my actual lashes were all falling off and I got scared. I inspected the clusters and my actual lashes weren't attached to them thankfully. I had paid for a full set of the volume lashes and a fill within 2 weeks. When I got my fill I looked in the mirror and there was a cluster attached to the bottom of my lashes. Before even leaving the parking spot 2 clusters fell off. I'm sad because I was getting them done for my upcoming wedding but I will not be going back.

Very disappointed. I went in to get a full lash volume set using a groupon I had purchased for 1 set and a fill ($140 dollars). A few days went by and most of the lashes fell out! I followed all the instructions and had to use my groupon fill to fix the lashes less then a week later. After a few days again, I only had 4 lashes on each eye. I looked crazy! Management attempted to help me and were polite but proposed maybe I had greasy lashes and that’s why the lashes didn’t stick. I called up another local salon, MollyPosh on Beach and got my lashes done there. They look fantastic and have not fallen out! I wasn’t doing anything wrong in the first place, I think the tech I had at LashAddict was just inexperienced. Won’t be back and won’t recommend!

Lash Addict is the only place I will get my lashes done. Ocean always gives me exactly what I ask for and takes the time to really perfect my lashes!

I dropped my car off at the dealership for some recalls. I made an appointment and Ubered there, to the Tampa location that I had always gone to before COVID. I looked in Maps on my iPhone to find the address to give to Uber exactly. When I arrived it had closed. I called and they are in St. Pete which was another $25 Uber plus tip, I’d also have to pay for the return trip. When I explained what happened the manager was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to admit that it was wrong that they had not changed their address on all platforms. Since I booked online and my credit card was on file they charged me a 50% cancellation fee. I was going to get a full set of lashes so that was $50 plus a $15 Uber. I paid $65 to be utterly disappointed in the lack of ethics of this business. Instead of contesting the bill with the credit card company I let Cynthia keep whatever part of it she would receive. I was running late and it wasn’t her fault that the owner and manager didn’t update the address. I will never return and am saddened that the owner would stand behind basically stealing money from people who accidentally go to the Tampa location because that is where the iPhone said to go. This happened last week and I just checked the Maps app and the address is still not updated so who knows how many people they will continue to do this to. Also, the confirmation text does not list the new address.

I've been coming here for a year and I absolutely love it. Elyssa always has me feeling my best and all the staff is courteous and friendly. I couldn't not suggest this salon more!

Nina was absolutely AMAZINGGGGGG! She made each lash fit the shape of my eye and made them look natural but full, took her time, was so nice and my lashes have never looked this good! I’m officially obsessed. Love her!
