I am from abroad and had already lashes but needed a refil, so I booked a removal and fresh set but she was very helpful and sait she can do a refil only! It looks absolutely fantastic! I will come back if I am again in Miami

I just moved back to Miami from
Dallas and was searching for a new place that was local. I tried a few places and wasn’t happy with my lashes. I read the amazing reviews for Lash Pro Miami and decided to give them a try.
I saw Kim, and she was amazing. She figured out exactly what I wanted and removed the old ones that looked too fake and put in the most beautiful, natural looking lashes. I will definitely go back to her! If you’re looking for lashes, she’s the one! Easy online booking, convenient location, clean fair prices and professional!

I had the pleasure of getting my lashes done by Brianna. She was very nice, friendly to talk to, over all just Good vibes. And my lashes came out amazing. I had lashes on prior and had no idea what style or size I was, and I trusted her to just make them look great, which they do! Definitely refer her. Will be coming back.

Lash pro Miami is a a hidden gem. Very clean, comfortable space. I see Hannah—she is the best! I’ve been getting my lashes done for >5 yrs and have been going to Hannah the last 2 … Hannah’s work is efficient, and SO GOOD. My eyes are comfortable throughout the procedure. And the lashes themselves really last. Highly recommend! (But I hope too many people don’t go bc I like my early morning appt slots)

Hannah has been doing my lashes for about 4 years. She is amazing. They are always so perfect! I booked with Tania a couple of times due to Hannah's schedule being full those days and I was she did a great job too! She's got a really great energy. Both of these ladies are amazing. Fantastic experience! I was visiting Miami Beach and really needed to have my lashes filled. I was able to make same day appointment online, the location is super convenient (on Lincoln Road). Kim did a great gob on my lashes, It has been 2 weeks since my appoint with Kim, and I had very little fall out. I requested cat eye 4-7 D curl and she did exactly as I requested. Throughout the process, Kim requested that I take a look to ensure I like the progress of the work. In addition, the volume cluster lashes she used are very thin in diameter which I LOVE as it creates very fluffy and natural look and causes less damage to a natural lash. Also, The place is very clean. I Will absolutely go back to Kim whenever I am in Miami.

Business has no loyalty to their clients. Go somewhere else! There is no parking, only public parking garages that you have to walk from. Saturday I couldn't find parking because the business failed to advise clients that all the parking garages would be full due to a convention. The owner charged me the full price of $200 for the appointment (which is not applicable toward future appointments). Despite giving her courtesy texts and calls to let her know parking was impossible. The policy is written in greed. I gave this business thousands of dollars over the past year. Save your money and go where you are appreciated as a loyal customer! They business has awful customer service.
