Love them, I have been going to Pretty Woman for over 5 years. Lisette is my go to for my eye lash extensions and I also did the semi permanent eyebrows (the best decision ever).

I love this place I have been going for many years. My lashes look great and service is fantastic. Lizsette is great and fast and very sweet. I also did my lips n eyebrows microdermabrasion and I get compliments all the time! I have recommended this place to friends and family!

Worse worse place to go too. From the moment I entered the establishment, it was nothing but rudeness, even denial of my appointment that was booked days prior. That lady who resembles Daffy Duck was the worse of them all. I left so quickly. There’s no way I’m going to spend my hard earned funds on this place or have them working on my eyes. Terrible place

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I walked into the salon, thinking that I can get my lashes done because I made an appointment on IG. It gave me the option to pay later. To make a long story short, I made it to my appointment 10 minutes early and the tech told me that I didn’t confirm my appointment and I needed to make a deposit so I couldn’t be seen but that’s not why I felt uncomfortable. The whole time she was talking to me. She was staring at my hair I am an African-American woman with natural twisted hair.
I would have appreciated if she made eye contact instead of staring at my hair.
I honestly just wanted to try something different and new, but after that experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

The service is spectacular. Everyone asks me where I got my lashes done! I've been doing my eyelashes with Dianna and Dily for years and I'm really more than happy! I don't change them girls!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Less than 10 days later they’re still on but take a look. The hybrid is what I requested and specifically showed the tech a picture and explained in Spanish and English what I wanted which was lashed shorter on the inside and longer on the outside. They never looked that way. The appointment took 2.5 hours on October 8 - longer than anticipated which had me late to an appointment. Initially there was a gap on the right side which I asked to fix but I didn’t have time to say just remove them and we’ll try again with someone else. Please see the pics below. You can see how one eye has way more lashes…day one versus day 10. Then the owner gave me a hard time because I wasn’t able to come in sooner. Trust me, I wish I could’ve…. I have been looking like a joke for a week and a half! I’ve been telling everyone I’ve come across who has done my lashes.
