Lassing Park reviews
16Best park in St Pete's, endless grass, great trees, amazing shallow bay, my dog thinks it heaven. Amazing wind surfing too!
Love going to relax my mind and clear my thoughts. Best view for the fireworks on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July.
Went here for a smoke and flow/ bowl singing meditation. It's a lovely park, a little noisy for yoga be upset of all of the planes, but still a nice park.
Absolutely beautiful and peaceful and very relaxing watching the kite Surfers. It's my first time there with my son and it was amazing.
Really clear water! Super nice for a quick stop when you don't want to go to the beach for a full day
Such a great park to watch the sunrise!
There is also sometimes yoga and other workout classes going on in the morning - the instructors are so nice and I think you can jump right in! It’s also dog friendly which I love
Walked here from our airbnb. Water was warm enough even in Feb.shallow sand bar to even allow a little 3 year old to walk on. A few homeless ppl sleeping but what can you do. Was a beautiful area to visit before our flight home to cold IL later that day. I assume some can kayak there but we didn’t have time.
One of the last kept secret parks of St Petersburg. I grew up coming to this park with my dog and watching him play as a teen. This place will forever be in my memories and it's a great quiet spot without all the tourists for now.
Went there as part of a shoreline restoration project, with Tampa Bay Watch. It's a large, neighborhood park, that fronts Tampa Bay.
Incredible views of the Tampa Bay area without the crowds with tons of trees for hammocks or slacking.
Nice calm area with some shade and a couple of benches. Not much parking other than street parking.
Very peaceful park, although it was not taken very good care of and it could use a public restroom
But most of the time it was a beautiful place to get away and get some sun. The dolphins and shark's we're amazing to admire
Beautiful view. Trees are nicely placed if you qant shade or sun. Excellent view of the Tampa and St Pete skylines.
Two sharks near shore actively chasing prey. So shallow that the fin continued above waterline continuously unbroken without stop for 15 minutes repeat…15 min
Went again for brunch on Sunday and was not disappointed at all. Great menu selections, large portions and attentive service. Always a great spot for a wonderful meal at a leisurely pace. Highly recommend to all
The gem of old Southeast St Pete. I grew up in this neighborhood in the '60s and this was always a wonderful refuge.
