LATAM - Miami International Airport reviews
5 Worst airline that I've ever flew in.
Dont buy tickets, avoid the frustration, and ruin your travels. Worst experience ever! From check-in (they don't know what to do), the plane was so freaking hot.like a sauna! No AC when we got onboard! Awful.stay away from this company!
TERRIBLE TREATMENT FROM THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY FROM YURANI. I TREAT UNCOLITELY, IF YOU ARE GOING TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AT LEAST A SMILE.
"Wow, I'm absolutely thrilled to say that Latam is hands down the finest airline in Brazil! From the moment I stepped on board, I was blown away by the exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a commitment to passenger comfort that truly sets them apart. Whether it's the friendly and attentive cabin crew or the seamless travel experience they provide, Latam has won my heart and my loyalty. If you're looking for an airline that not only gets you to your destination but makes the journey an unforgettable part of the adventure, look no further than Latam. They've redefined my travel standards, and I can't wait for my next adventure with them! "
My son's international flight canceled and he with a cat, both of them totally unprepared for this cancellation and not getting support from the company
The worst airline I've been on so far, even though I don't know many, the experience with this airline so far has been terrible, the air conditioning doesn't work well (it's hot as hell), they're not organized, they don't have order regarding the suitcase, they accept luggage that they cannot carry. Plus they bother about everything. And to think that I still have the trip back, how sad!
