If they come to pick up cargo, come early, the delays are between 4 and 8 hours depending on the mood of Counter and fights over the number of trucks

Rude and unhelpful we were collecting our animals arriving from South Africa. We were in the wrong place and rhe spoke down to us not helpful at all. And of couse no English and nobody know where we should go.

Very important to bring your guide number
They always give us only Po but many times it does not correspond
The guide number should be 11 digits, it helps you a lot what you are going to load if it is dry or refrigerated
Also, if possible, they will give you the building number as there are several
