Ruby is a truly 10/10, five star caterer and chef. She worked with my fiance and I step by step through some unforseen hurdles in our event's needs and personally delivered the food, making sure we had everything we needed and more. I will not hesitate to book her again and recommend her to anyone needing catering in the central Florida area.

The Chef seemed very nice but their timeliness with communication between perspective clients was horrible. After initially reaching out to inquire about a quote, there was a delay of a couple days before an initial reply. On a few occasions they apologized explaining that they were dealing with an emergency which is understandable but you're running a business so on the initial inquiry it would be better to just state that they could not accommodate at this time. This confirmation did not come until 3 weeks after numerous attempts to communicate with them and 2 weeks before my event. Based on all the other reviews the food appears to be great but unfortunately we will never be able to comment on this. We wish them the best and hope that they handle communication with future clients better than they did in our experience.

Our wedding was Puerto Rico themed and probably the best vendor to our wedding was Ruby / Latin Raices. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. The day of tasting was fun and another great experienced as she created more of an intimate fun ambiance. The day of, her and her team did an amazing Job & we had left overs!
