Excellent service! Mr. Bertin Gomez said it would take them two weeks to repair my BMW that had been involved in an accident. In 11 days I received an email from them saying my car was ready for pick up. The quality of the service was 5 stars!

Taking my car to Lauderdale Collision is one of the best decisions I made. Ask for Jacob, he went above and beyond to do right and also kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I highly recommend Jacob and Lauderdale collision to anyone.

I was in an accident and my vehicle needed parts, repair and painting. They were friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and on time. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

Bertin Gomez Did His Thing On My Car, Every Issue That Was Wrong With My Car He Fixed. I’m Extremely Satisfied, On The Outcome Of The Work, That Was Done On My Car. He Also Made Sure My Car Was Washed And Detailed Before I Arrived. You Guys Are Awesome.

Absolute criminals at Lauderdale Collision Center. Caught them lying and attempting to commit insurance fraud. Absolutely deplorable company. They have no concerns for you, your vehicle, your inconvenience and your wallet. They caused additional damage to my vehicle above what happened in the original incident and then tried blaming me and attempting to defraud my insurance company. Luckily I had photos and confronted the manager of LCC. Although a nice enough person, his response to the proof was “so what”. Do not take tour vehicles to be repaired here.

I had a collision with a traffic cone that damaged my front bumper and radar system. I took my car to Ft Lauderdale Collision Center and received excellent service from Bertin Gomez, Collision Center Advisor. Bertin is knowledgeable, extremely responsive and personable. He went above and beyond to see that my car was repaired in a timely manner. He had my car detailed before I drove it off the lot. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor and is functioning perfectly. I highly recommend the Collision center and especially Bertin Gomez.

I dealt with Bertin at lauderdale collision center, very fast, professional and very reasonable service, I am sure I saved several hundred dollars in repairs by seeing then first, highly recommend them

I was extremely pleased with their service. My service advisor Bertin Gomez was very helpful and very professional. Body work on my BMW X1 was perfectly done according to time frame. Work was finished on the day that it was promised. I highly recommend this place!

The quality of work was excellent & within the estimated time frame. I recommend Kevin Vargas as your representative. His input was spot on, his communication as to the progress of my vehicle was conscientious & he promptly returned my calls I also appreciated the convenience of the arrangement Lauderdale Collision has with Enterprise Rental Car. Not only did they pick me up at the body shop, I only needed to drop the rental car at the body shop for the return.

I want to start by saying Jermaine Hargrove is amazing. I was promised a 7 day turn around and my car was back in my possession within 4 days. His communication and customer service was A+. They did an outstanding job on my car. I will be bring any future cars to him for work going forward.

The used car I purchased at BMW of Fort Lauderdale needed the rear bumper re-painted (at no charge) and was setup with their collision center to get the job done. From beginning to end my experience with Lauderdale Collision Center was outstanding. Karl my advisor took care of everything beautifully with great communication!

Very impressive so far; I think my Tesla S was cheapest car there!
(They are one of few Tesla's official repair companies; i.e, work doesn't affect my warranty.

Price seemed 'fair', not excessive. Feared the opposite, with several Bentley's, Rolls, Turbo Porsche, etc awaiting repair. (They are also a Bently, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Lamborghini dealer.)

Inside estimating office with several very professional, efficient, pleasant estimation staff at desks in spotless, open area. ; could be a CPA firm's office!

I realize it's dumb & maybe useless to rate them before getting my car back, but based on all the above, I'm really confident it will be perfect.

I have an Audi A3 Cabriolet that needed some body work repairs due to a dent which required numerous panels to be repaired and painted. I worked with Jacob. Appointment scheduling was easy. I got the initial repair estimate with an adjuster and then Jacob dealt with the insurance company directly and handled everything from there. Jacob kept me informed every step of the way with updates. The work was completed in about 2 weeks. I was happy with the body repair work and paint. There was some damage to my window tint I noticed after pick up; which once I brought to their attention it was taken care of; but required a second trip for inspection and 3rd trip (to a 3rd party) for repair; but the tint looks great now. My star reviews are for the actual work completed. But….
Some extra attention to detail would have been nice. For example, my car key battery died upon arrival for the body work repairs. And when I picked up the car – the battery was still dead. I know it wasn’t in the work order, but would have been nice if the battery was replaced. It took all of 2 seconds for me to change out the battery; would have been nice if they just did it while they had the car or at least let me know which battery to buy so that when I picked it up we could take care of right there. Also, they only detail the portion of the car that was painted. In the past, when auto repairs were completed you would get your car back looking 100% new; not half shiny (where the repairs were) and half not. To get the full detail you have to do a review… which means another trip back to the shop.

Our car was damaged and got towed to the nearest center which happened to be this one. Not only did it take 8 months for it to be repaired, but we were told that it was fully taken apart and re assembled, lots of new parts and replacements, and we should have received it back basically brand new. It’s been 3 weeks since we’ve gotten the car back and every other day there has been a new light and notice coming up which alerts us of an issue. Yesterday the car wouldn’t even start and needed to be towed. The representative at the lauderdale collision center that was assigned to our car, Bertin Gomez, is extremely difficult to get in touch with and has poor customer service and communication skills. He kept promising me that the car would be ready “next week” in late April, and kept doing so until we got it back in august. He tried to blame our insurance company for the delays, but my insurance representative cc’d me on their entire email thread where I could see that Bertin was the one ignoring the emails and refusing to send the requested information, therefore, delaying the process. I feel like this place up charged on repairs as well and added in damages that didn’t exist. The reason I say this is because Bertin was unwilling and unable to provide proof for multiple repairs on the invoice when our insurance requested them. Please DO NOT send your car here. This place has caused nothing but inconveniences for me.
