Lauderdale Tower Condo, Fort Lauderdale FL

I have been living there for 10 years building has been moving on upgrading and now with the new board and management it will be amazing. Hard to find a place like this in Fort Lauderdale on the inter coast and close to the beach ️

Absolutely love living here! We have lived/owned here for over 3 years and couldn’t be happier! The building itself is well maintained with daily cleaning and pool/maintenance/landscaping coming on a regular basis. We hired a new management group and it was the best thing we ever did. They are very responsive and address concerns immediately. Management has stayed on top of things before allowing anything to become an issue. Our property manager sends out weekly updates to owners to keep everyone in the know of what is happening around the building. The board of directors are very transparent and are constantly working to make Lauderdale Tower the best place to live. They leave a line of communication open so all owners feel heard if anything is on their minds. They truly care about the Lauderdale Tower community. When walking into the building you are greeted by the friendliest security guards! They treat Lauderdale Tower as if it is their home. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat being so close to the beach, shopping and tons of restaurants! Cannot say enough great things about Lauderdale Tower!

This building is a hidden gem. The new management is making a great difference. Building went through 40 year maintenance so much if it has been refreshed. Everyone is nice and inviting. And sitting by the pool on the weekend Yacht watching is the best.

I have been in L. T since 2008. For many years it was not a nice place. Fast forward…. With the current board and management, I gladly admit, L. T is a superb place.

These condos are a hidden gem! The view is incredible and the residents are wonderful! Great place to live!

We LOVE our condo! Yes there is maintenance going on but now we have a beautiful updated hallway. The front desk is always friendly.

The only good thing about this place is the location. That would be it. Poorly managed building! Bikes are being stolen and we had a few attempts of breaking into cars. NOT SAFE! No security at night. The management and board of directors completely ignores my suggestions and complaints. The building is super old and going through constant construction. There is a number of liens on the property which makes it difficult to sell, buy or refinance. Trash shoots constantly get clogged up. Front door works from time to time and can be very easily opened without a fob key. The pool has the coldest water ever, which makes it impossible to swim in the evening. The AC breaks down constantly. This creates a very dangerous and unhealthy environment. The mold is a SERIOUS health threat in this building. Elevator constantly breaks down also. Happened to me when I had hundreds of dollars worth of groceries and perishables. Not only I took a financial loss, I took an emotional one as well. This place is very much mismanaged. They practice selective enforcement in ticketing cars which is very unfair.
Also, worry for your car to get hit by some moving truck or another car if your parking spot in front of the building. The parking in terrible here. Tiny narrow spots with only 2 guest spots.
It’s a terrible place to own or rent!

Lauderdale Tower has been a total disappointment and will be for you as well! As current residents we cannot move out fast enough from this building. The building is in constant repair and due to extremely poor management there are significant mold and bug issues. In the 2 1/2 years we have lived in this building it has flooded several times due to an ancient AC system on the roof top! When the A/C system breaks or repairs are done it has and will flood the first floor and others over and over again. We were shocked to see management and owners alike just repair molded walls by unlicensed contractors. Once you enter the building the smell of moldy air will be present on every floor. If you are a fan of fan of cockroaches than this building will be your favorite place as we had constant bugs in the hallways and interior of our unit as well. Save yourself a constant head ache and just pass on moving into this building!

Visited with very close friends for the winter holiday. This is a great area to live in. It is convenient to so many great places (shopping, dining). We had a poolside dinner on Christmas day. Some of their other neighbors had the same ideal. We had so much food that we shared with the other party that had the same ideal. It was one FANTASTIC blended party. Got to try some new Italian dishes made by real Italian people. Someone insisted on me trying a fried rice ball. The lady told me that it would make me call for Jesus. Well, it didn't make me call for Jesus, but it was good.

Do not rent in this building! There is ongoing construction, which will probably last another year.we had to terminate our lease because the noises were unbearable.as if someone was drilling in our head for 8 hrs/day.the building manager is a total scumbag and is hated by almost everyone we met.overall bad vibes.
