Just moved and was waiting for the washer/dryer to be in stock / delivered. In that wait, had to take a trip so I dropped off a number of items for same day service and they were done perfectly. Great folds and packing for the ride home and straight into the suitcase.

Stayed in Inverness for a few days to scallop over in Homasassa and Crystal River and to see some friends who live this way. Even though my Airbnb had laundry facilities I wanted to get everything done at once. Launderland wasn’t far from where I was staying. Washers are $2.75 for the average sized machines, more for the others, dryers were. 25 cents for 6 minutes (why doesn’t my keyboard have a cents sign?) Dryers were hot, place was spotless. They have ladies who work there keeping the place clean and the riff raff out. Lately, most of the places I’ve been to no one is there, trash everywhere and homeless people loitering about. Not the case here. Floors were swept and mopped, no trash to be seen inside or outside their place, tables clean, machines clean and working. Well worth the cost of the staff in order in keep a place nice for the customers and not a hang out joint for those with nothing better to do. Wash/fold service available charged by the pound. Washing powder, laundry baskets, etc for sale if you forget yours or run out. Change and drink machine available, magazines to read while you wait. Nice, safe place to do your laundry. Hours 7: 00a.m. -Last wash 7: 30 p.m. Last dry 8: 00 p.m. Clothes must be done by 9: 00 p.m. Very reasonable policy. Kudos to the ladies who make this laundry so nice. Hats off to the owner for caring enough about your business and your customers to spend the money on staff. Thank you.

Haven't had to use a laundromat for years, but my washer is on the fritz, so I stopped in at Launderland in Inverness to do my laundry. This is my 3rd visit there, sorry to say. The place is clean, has a staff person who sells laundry supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, etc, which is also available in a vending machine) and does the laundry and folding for people who drop off their laundry for that service (cheap at $1/lb). All of the washers are front loaders and cost from $2.75 for the smallest (which still holds a good amount of clothes that aren't all jeans) to mother washers for $6.25 a load. Dryers are also front loading and cost 25¢ for every 6 minutes of drying. Blankets/comforters of queen and larger sizes are not allowed in most of the washers, but the biggest washers can handle them. The change machine had no problem accepting my dollar bills in various states of wear, which was refreshing. Launderland is located in the shopping center at 41 and 44 with the McDonald's. It is located in the strips of stores between Family Dollar and Save a Lot. Plenty of free shopping center parking. Laundry carts and folding tables are available for customers.

The laundromat is a small clean laundromat next busy at all I enjoy doing my laundry there don't live in Inverness but enjoyed

This laundromat is very clean. The attendants are friendly and helpful. I utilize both drop off and DIY services and am very happy with both. I have been using Launderland of Citrus for more than a year now and if there has ever been any issues, they have been resolved promptly.

No. Just. No. I will not go back. Ever. The machines are very old and work only when they want to. There was a broken down machine that wasn't clearly marked as broken so I had to remove all my clothing and move down to the next one which was equally as questionable with buttons that only sometimes work. It is slightly cheaper than other landromats so there's that. The attendant was kind, helpful and knowledgeable which is the only reason I gave it a 2. Otherwise it would be 1.

Launderland of Citrus is by far the best laundromat I ever been to. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The facility is always spotless. The machines work great and my clothes always come out so clean. I will never go to another laundromat ever again.

Staff had a horrible attitude and was pretty rude to a couple of people. Won't be returning.

Clean, great working machines and friendly, helpful staff. I’ll be coming back regularly. So glad I finally found a great place to do my laundry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our dryer at home broke leaving us with a load of damp clothes. Drove up to this establishment and was there by 8: 15pm since they close at 9pm. We were turned away and told to leave as the dryers were all being cleaned for the night. A quick 15 to 20 mins would have been enough to fully dry the small load of clothes we had. If the employees don't want to keep the posted hours and turn customers away, maybe they need to reevaluate the store hours or the owners need to reconsider hiring employees that will actually welcome making a profit instead of running customers off. 100% recommend Econ-o-wash laundry just down the road! The owners of Econ-o-wash are extremely nice, the machines and inside were very clean, and the prices were out of this world. We will not be returning ever again due to the rudeness and poor customer service we received.

Bless their heart, the response from the owner made my point exactly with the poor customer service and rudeness. By the way, yes the sign did say last dry is at 8 pm. The last wash is irrelevant as we just needed 15 mins of the dryer. We were exactly 15 mins past 8 and in a crunch to get it done. Being extremely pregnant with a high risk pregnancy, I can only get clothes done on the weekend when my fiance is home to lift the laundry basket for me. In the case last night it was the last few of his work clothes he needed by 5am this morning and was only a couple of jeans and a couple shirts which were already almost dry but I didn't want to sour in his suitcase making his other clothes smell as well.like I said we only needed a couple of minutes and since You had NO customers inside, it wouldn't have been that big of a burden to your employee to let us use one dryer. Had our dryer not broken down we wouldn't have been driven up there in the first place and if our dryer had broken earlier in the day we would have been in earlier, sometimes things happen in life and as a business owner, you should know this very well. Maybe you and I have different mindsets on how customer service is supposed to be given.which is probably why my own business thrived where as I see yours falling with that kind of attitude. You would be surprised at how a little understanding and compassion goes a very long way.
It's not like we were going to leave your employees no time to clean and shut down we would have been out of your store by 8: 30 exactly giving them a full half hour to do their closing duties. If you are really the business owner and want your employees to be out the door by 9pm, you need to close at 8 to allow them to do their duties before going home or close at 9 with the employees leaving at 9: 30 or 10. I have never in my in my life seen a business so poorly managed and so willing to turn away paying customers.

As a woman of color, I feel very comfortable at this laundromat. I have tried others in the area and felt shrugged off or uncomfortable from the vibes being pushed my way. I have never felt this way at this store. My son and I both love coming here, very courteous and polite.

Wow! I've lived in 58 places in 42 years and this is the best laundromat I've been to. Everything works, reasonably cheap, tons of laundry services available and the staff.oh the staff. Michelle and Nadine went WAY out of their way to help me while I was there. They even stayed late to let me do laundry when I just moved to town. Loved em so much I brought my entire dress wardrobe in for washing and ironing. They told me when it would be ready, which was earlier than I needed it and then they called me two days before that to let me know it was ready for pickup. Hands down, they have the best service in this county this far.

Quality washing and folding at it's best. I have used there drop off service three times since I relocated to the area. I find the staff to be professional, friendly, quality wash and folding for the price.lauren does an outstanding job. I would recommend this service.

First of all I would like to start by saying i have been searching for a laundry place that i can feel ok about going into due to the pandemic. It took a while but thankfully i found this place! I am giving it 5 stars! Its clean and the woman there was friendly, I always ask tons of questions and she was very chill and answered them all didn't get aggravated with me which is huge! There is no atm to get cash but they will give you cash and it charges $2.50 like an atm but cheaper lol and then you get change from their change machine which is awesome bc i didn't have cash. There is no member card needed to use the machines! The dryers actually work! The heat is amazing 45 minutes and my clothes were toasty! The biggest machines they have are 60 pounds 2 of those and 7 dryers later i had myself clean clothes and the place went from being slow to busy! I highly recommend this place and you can always wait for your clothes while walking the plaza its in instead of sitting inside!
