Payed for the larger dryer to come back and see the door open. I tried to explain to the attendant on duty that the door is not properly closing and that my clothes aren’t staying inside. She immediately got defensive and explained that I need to stand and watch my clothes and that I cannot step away or go outside. I had to keep my back to the dryer to keep the clothes from falling out and keep the door closed.she walked off and never assisted me with the issue nor offered a solution just walked off.

Cheap place open 24hr. Only one bathroom, unisex, and NO TOILET SEAT! Be prepared to squat ladies.

An incredible place. Impeccable cleanliness. The attention is always luxurious. I live 20 minutes from here and I always plan to come to this place to wash. Super recommended.

This laundromat is horrible their 2.25 washer don't have no water coming out clothes was still dirty, the dryers are $3.25 for 30 mins clothes wasn't even dry this was my first and last time coming here the employees are rude, I give this laundromat 2 thumbs down I will not recommend this place at all HORRIBLE

I have used this laundromat in the past but I'm in here now and there's no ac, most machines are out of order and it's dirty. I definitely won't be back here.

Update:
I'm updating my review because I feel it's only fair. This laundromat has done some renovations and my last experience was much better. This time around, it was clean, ac worked and most machines were operational. They have also painted and repaved the parking lot.

Another in the early morning, I went to wash and I was completely satisfied with an excellent cleaning and excellent treatment from Ana Gloria, that's the name of the girl who was in the early morning, everything was very clean, I advise everyone to go to that laundry, I'm more than satisfied, thank you very much for your attention

Hello everyone, I highly, highly recommend this Laundry! This first visit has been extremely good and the machines are super clean, always available for everyone who arrives. I was very impressed by the friendly attention and excellent customer service of Elena, the Laundry manager, everything I needed they were always aware of what to do and where to go to wash my clothes. Definitely go every week to wash your clothes at that Laundry. Excellent!

Laundry is very clean and the staff that work there are very helpful, her manager Helena is always kind helping with everything.

I had to make my laundry last Saturday around 12: 00 am and I was there. Unexpected, the place was so organized, clean and quiet. The lady that was there was so kind and helpful all time that I spent there.

I loved the service of the colleague on Monday shift. Ana's service is very good, everything is very clean and tidy, excellent, I will visit again soon

This laundromat is stealing people money. BE CAREFUL where you insert your card. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS if machine is not working properly or you put your card in the wrong machine by accident. You won't be able to unload the funds either. The attendant who works the afternoon shift don't speak any English so it's hard to communicate. Whats the point of having new machines when they barely work. Either the washer dont put enough water to wash or the dryer not hot enough to dry. I don't recommend this wash house. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU INSERT YOUR CARD. THEY DONT GIVE REFUND OR CREDIT TO USE TOWARDS ANOTHER MACHINE

I work for a company providing services for Seniors. My client needed to do laundry, so came here since it is closest to his residence. I thought I'd do my laundry too since it wouldn't take any longer or so I thought. They have one of those laundry card systems and you have to buy a card, then make sure not to lose it, too much for me, so I passed on doing mine because I have a laundromat I prefer to go to and everything is so much easier there. It has a lot of machines, everything is new, neat, clean, working properly, smells good & clean. I'd hate to accidentally drop things on the floor here, but there is not a problem. The staff here don't speak English and make no effort to even try. The one in Hialeah make a genuine effort. I speak a little Spanish but I need help and it kinda works when we can have a Spanglish routine going on. I noticed when someone speaks about zero anything but Spanish they have no ability to make anything simple to comprehend and rattle away, while I make all the effort with zero from them. I was able to gain assistance from a couple nice customers but the staff was totally worthless. For me, I'll stick with the one in Hialeah and I'll try and see if my clients mind going there too because it's so much easier, oh and with much better ac. It's so uncomfortable in here, set up is crowded and not easy to navigate around everyone. Not sure I'll be back here unless I must for clients. The one in Hialeah has an app you pay through and monitor your washer and dryer time. So if you leave to grab food you can time everything efficiently. I think you can add more time remotely as well to the dryer. This one should switch things up for real.

This was normally my favorite but now there not open at 5 a.m when they normally was 24 hours
