6I love it, I always wash here. When I can't I send it to wash and without being very quick. Everything is very clean and good service, the machines work very well and are clean and look new.
Today, September 12,2023, on the morning shift, a woman with a very bad attitude works, a machine blocked and she began to argue and say that it was not her fault and that she did not have to refund the money, that she did not I had to do nothing because it was the client's fault, to the point of offending and saying shut your mouth and don't fight anymore, words from a person who has just arrived in this country, who doesn't know consumer rights. People of this character shouldn't put in to work with an audience.
Excellent service, the manager is very friendly and makes the movement pleasant.
I just want to disagree with the negative comments about the incident that “ supposedly happened on September 12th” both of the lady’s that works at the laundry are very sweet and patience. We shouldn’t been pointing or criticizing people, or assuming that they recently came to this country, when at the end, majority are emigrants. It get to a point that I have washing machines at home, and I go to the laundry just to see the lady and speaks with her, just because one day I went for emergency and ended up loving the energy and atmosphere. The lady is so sweet that even is she has a bad day, those words didn’t come out of her. Please don't play with people job! Let’s support each other that we all have good and bad days!
They should improve the facilities, from the washing machines to the dryers, you see cockroaches everywhere and a bad smell, the doors of the dryers open by themselves, the washing machines should be maintained, that is if the staff who serve them are very friendly, but the conditions of the facilities should be better.
Incredibly good on my first experience with the public laundry. The person in charge is a very kind and patient lady to explain how everything works. But in all of Miami I had not met someone as willing and kind to clients as her.
