I got photos taken by her at Dog Lovers of Tarpon. The photos were all bad but one so I placed a digital photo order for the one picture it was over $150 after taxes and fees. I have called more than 3 times, texted twice, emailed twice, to ask about how I would get my digital photo delivered to me and it was zero response, no return calls, no pick up, no emails back. Literally nothing. Nov 19 was the pick up at Dog Lovers and the instructions said they would call/text when portraits were ready for pick up. Never received any call or text regarding if my digital photo was there somehow for pick up. No delivery of the photo either via electronically. Do not book her as your photographer. You can get better photos elsewhere and the $150 for a digital photo is atrocious. I have never seen it be that high for any other photographer. I paid $200 for all my photos digital with someone else and asked the bank to dispute the $150+ charge since I can't get the product I ordered nor get any response. Terrible service overall.
