Laurence I. Dorman, DPM, Miami FL

I have been dealing with plantar fascitis pain on and off. It recently returned and has been chronic for a few weeks. I called the office and made my appointment which was the start of a great experience. When I came in, Diane was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. She even held my hand when I got my shot! Dr. Dorman was helpful, clear and professional. I left with resources to manage my pain and a treatment plan for moving forward. I am so happy I found Dr. Dorman and highly recommend this office. A definite plus that it is so close to home for me.

Dr. Dorman and his wife, Diane are incredible. A few days ago, I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk or put any weight on my foot. Dr. Dorman was listed as a participating specialist in my insurance plan and conveniently located very close to my home. I don’t know if Diane noticed the anguish in my voice when we spoke but she was able to squeeze me in on Friday morning. I had called on Wednesday. When I arrived on Friday, limping from the pain Diane greeted me in a very sweet and professional manner and shortly after, I met Dr. Dorman. Equally as sweet and extremely knowledgeable (he’s been in the business over 40 years) quickly examined my feet and took the time to address my concerns. He gave me a diagnosis as well as options for treatment. Since I was in so much pain, I quickly decided on his cocktail shot. In just a matter of minutes, my pain disappeared and I was able to walk normal again with no pain. In addition to that, the doctor’s cell phone number is made available to patients in case an after hours consult is needed after treatment. It really felt like the old days when doctors would listen to their patients and went the extra mile to help. I will be back soon for a follow up and I highly recommend Dr. Dorman for any podiatry related issues. I can’t thank him enough.

I called Dr. Dorman the week before last with a very painful foot condition and he responded immediately, he was out of town and referred me to see his other doctor that works with him in the office Dr. Yana Roddenberry, so I called and the front desk assistant name Jackie answered and proceeded to help me, they were both wonderful professionals and caring, they got me a same day appointment to do an MRI and I didn't haveto go to emergency, I truly need to say that at this point in time & life it is very difficult to find people that really care in the medical field and elsewhere.
I want to Thank them both for all they did and still do. I will always recommend Dr. Dorman and his truly amazing professional staff, thumps up

I never even saw saw the doctor. I was forced to sit in an examination room listening to a teenager wailing in the room next to me for 15 minutes. She was putting on a real show, since she was fine (and quiet) in the waiting room for ten minutes. I got to the office 10 minutes before her and her mother, had an earlier appointment and the staff was attending to a theatrical, melodramatic teenager, while I went through the stress of waiting and being forced to listen to a teenager putting on a show for her mother and the office staff. I left without even seeing the podiatrist, and I am a diabetic who has had foot pain for six months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I have to look for another podiatrist.

Dr. Laurence Dorman is an excellent professional, with a very good sense of humor, attentive and his assistant Diane too. I have been treated with kindness and with great detail in the consultation. Thank you very much Dr Laurence, God bless you!

Dr. Dorman has treated me for two different foot issues. I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of care he personally provided. His office is efficient with the utmost attention to safe protocols during this pandemic.

Dr. Dorman, is awesome. He has been doing this for several years. I saw him about two weeks ago. I usually see his partner. But I had a very pleasant experience. Will definitely see him again if I need to.

I'm happy to report that Dr. Laurence is a true expert in what he does! I had an issue with my big toe that was driving me insane and causing me an excruciating amount of pain but Dr. Laurence made short work of it. I walked into the office extremely short notice and was seen very quickly, the whole ordeal was done in about 1hr 30min. He told me the plan of action and executed it flawlessly, I was expecting a ton of pain. But that was not the case he numbed the area and talked with me through the whole process, which kept me calm the whole way through. If you need a doctor with the know-how and skills I can say with confidence the Dr. Laurence is your man!
