So im not the only one who has issues with the woman working here? She is always angry and rude and rushes the customers, its my third time coming here and she is always irritated, today snatching my money with an angry face clearly hates working here and only cares about being on her phone.
The place is dirty, there is trash all over the floor. The attendant just sits there texting while the other patrons, who apparently have no idea how to use a laundromat, claim the tables and the metal wheeled carts while they are just waiting, not using them.
It is always so crowded, it's hard to find a place to sit while you wait.
Very good service, honestly, the employees are very attentive, they help as much as possible and they are very helpful every time 10/10.
DO NOT GO HERE. This place is dirty & a scam. The people who own and operate this laundromat do not have common sense or good customer service … half of their dryers don’t work … me and another customer there paid for our dryers. 10 minutes after we realized they were not heating up. They refused to help us move them or get our coins back. If I could give negative stars I would … this place is awful
NEVER going back here, the 15 yr old girl working there with long black hair tried to steel my clothing while i was switching over my other loads, then laughed about it, and also their dryers dont work, only half of them even heat up.
This place has BUGS i went to use restroom and there were bugs everywhere, if you care about cleanliness do not go here, protect your family from bringing these bugs home!
Im grateful this laundry is around the corner from my place. I have to do laundry often and it’s always so clean. Very very busy during rush hours and weekends but I’ve never lost clothes to theft even if I stepped away for a sec. If anything is left behind or moved from the machine, it is brought to the front desk or simply left alone. The patrons are as good as the owners. Nice environment and well managed.
