Law Office David Stoller, P.A., Orlando FL

I was recommended to this law office by several people and so far it’s been a complete letdown. Zero communication whatsoever. I have called and left messages for my paralegal and never heard back. After I called again, i was told I have a new paralegal. A year later, I still can’t even get a simple answer to my question which is: was my application sent out like i was told in March?

Awesome people they listen well and assure you everything I give them 100 stars.

Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Wasting money, and extremely impolite he is lazy as he don’t want even to think, You will feel that you are the first ever client to go to him or (zero experience) he don’t know how to deal with a client and support him, I’m wondering how even he took a lawyer license, The office is unbelievably extremely messy.

save your self by your self would be much better.

After two years they finally contacted me saying they received the documents they had requested. The lady lawyer said I’ll call you after I deal with some clients today. Weeks later nothing happens. I email her and days later no answer. So I leave a voicemail and again days later no answer. So I finally send her an email asking for said documents that I paid for. She emails me back saying that I was rude for trying to get a hold of her when she was the one that told me via email she would be contacting me soon. My family has spent 10s of thousands of dollars with David but I’m guessing they are too busy right now. Claudia is not very understanding especially with how delicate these situations are.

Edit: Claudia emailed weeks ago saying that she received the paperwork and would call me after she dealt with clients. You keep saying it took forever cause she didn’t have the file. However at that point she already had it. Weeks of no answer again. No response to emails or phone calls. If she would have told me “hey I got the file I’ll call you in a couple weeks” that wouldn’t have been an issue.

You can clearly see who answered the review. David was always super professional, that response was def not his. To think that I’m in this situation because of the bad advice of the paralegal Sabaa who no longer works there. Due to the fact that she was giving lawyer advice while only being a paralegal. I’m glad you guys are busy but that way you’ve dealt with that growth sucks. Instead of trying to amend the situation, all you’ve gone is become defensive. Looks like the last bad review pretty much states the same thing. Nobody got back to them either. So you can kind of see a pattern

Look, this man has help me file 3 USCIS cases and they were all successful which was a journey. Immigration system can be tough and David Stoller is the lawyer you want, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and will get you on the track you want. I see some reviews here based on he is a little late? Well guess what he is working that hard to get a case done for that client, and will take his time with his clients, and imagine what he can do for you! Don't be discourage on low reviews, be encouraged that he will fight for you to make your journey successful. Thank you David Stoller!

Excellent immigration attorney based on my previous experience with him and he has a very good reputation in Orlando.

November the 30th will be my 10-year anniversary of receiving my US citizenship. This is all because of Mr. David Stoller. I came all the way to Orlando from Jacksonville to see Mr. Stoller with a small immigration problem (at least it seemed small to me). INS didn't think it was so minor. After going through 3 attorneys' here in Jacksonville, another attorney referred me to Mr. Stoller.
I had my initial consultation with him, and he went to work. After he studied the case law, he came with a solution and had my case resolved.

Believe me folks, the immigration department knows about Mr. Stoller. They know about his knowledge of the Law and his effective way of representing his clients. I found the hard way what the difference is between a run of the mill Attorney and a "board certified Immigration expert" Attorney. MR Stoller, I just gave your name to a potential client, and he will be calling your office.
