Thorough, makes sure you understand. Makes recommendations you hadn't thought of, which is what lawyers are supposed to do, but often don't. Office is clean and orderly - many are not, and over the years I've learned first sign of a lousy lawyer is a messy office. Behind that laid back country boy exterior is a very, very sharp mind.
