Mr Allen came highly recommended, and hired and paid. Waited for months on end for him to get with opposing party. Never did. Made us drop injunctions to which my son, myself and husband have been stalked, threatened to be killed and our son has been snatched by the opposing party multiple times during physican visits due to our son being very sick. He did nothing. I handed him his entire case along with DCF and my steps sons doctors. He never filed one motion except an emergency to remove, that looked like my 6 year old typed up or a parenting plan. He allowed opposing party to do whatever they wanted and in turn made our life’s hell. He continued to miss calls and appointments. When we put our foot down he dismissed us stating “he doesn’t have time for this type of custody case. ” This needs to be known. He is absolutely a moms attorney and not for the dad even after the binders and Zip drives full of evidence to win this case very easily. Make sure you interview this man throughly. We hired an attorney who took over immediately and took care of all of our issues with the opposing party. Please make sure you interview him. If you need an aggressive fighter for your children and family, he’s not the one.

Don’t expect any kind of loyalty from Bill. He’s been my lawyer for over 10 years, and I’ve sent a LOT of business his way, only for him to represent my grandson’s father in a custody case against my daughter (whom he also has represented). Every lawyer I’ve consulted has said the same thing: that’s a slimey and unethical thing for him to do. Hope he’s happy with this ONE client at the expense of many.

Would not recommend at all, instead of being upfront and honest about consultations he will just review your case put you on hold and if he isn’t interested he hangs up don’t waste the time and money

Allen was my separation attorney. I really liked him and trusted him. But now after with that trust I hired him to help me with bothI called him from hospital needed his help. He wanted me to deposit money in his account to hire him. I took money from my best friend she deposited in his account. I was in that hospital against my wishes forcing me the different meds my accident claims I ended up my first car accident related injuries in winter Haven hospital.they never
even l cared using me as a Ginni pig to make money and hurt me he never did with my case didn't even here from him didn't even know the retainer has to be sign and report the work with charges. 3months later I called him went his office he told me he is done my case that's how got out of hospital but why can't he send my bill now his office saying my case is closed with him because he did his job for my money. No he didn't but I want my case what he did how many hours he spent what's the charges a 71 year helpless woman struggling with progressive Insurence hospital and these type of attorneys knowingly hurt people.
