I am no longer even in the state of Florida but, there was a case lingering from 2020 that I needed taken care of, I reached out to Mr. Kaleita and he was understanding, compassionate, and told me right off the top he “GOT THIS” and that’s exactly what he meant he HANDLED my case and it was dropped!
