If I could rate 0 stars I would they pile so much work on to us students it's insane please don't put your kids through this torture

Hated the school because i was bullied by alot of kids but i also loved the school my fav staff person was Mrs.gregory sorry mrs.brannon.the stairs where so horrible though.my legs got so tired.but i would recommend going there they have a wonderful staff. I gave it 4 star it would be 5 but -1 cause bullies so be confident and stand up for your self don't be a cowerd like i was and ignore the bullies. They hate it and don't ride bus 1625 she didn't stop a fight that happened on the bus.but good staff and wonderful teachers.

Save your time, money, resources, hopes, dreams, and energy and put it towards someplace that is actually decent and has a good administration.

Some teachers are really nice some not so good too scrict on COVID guidelines but met some really nice people and Admin is pretty nice overall: pretty good for public school

Amazing School. Teachers are great, campus is beautiful, even the school food isn’t terrible. Of course, like any school, there are some mean kids and meh teachers, but LCMA still outpaces most schools in the area.

This school is so much fun but the students in the class continued to bully me when I told teachers multiple times I hirt me emotionally but this school has helped me and taught me so much and I love the learning experience though some kids do inpropite things there it is a great school

0/10 dont go ever. They say its the best school in lakeland but its false advertising (or all the schools in lakeland are bad). Everything you see in the advertising (such as 3d printers and fun outside activities) only happen twice a year.

This is one of the best schools I’ve attended the teachers are friendly and will most likely understand and help you with something.if you attend aN academy elementary school such as Lincoln academy or Winston academy you automatically get a spot in lcma and if you attend lcma then you have a better chance of getting into IB Bartow High School.by far this is one my favorite schools

I did like this school im now leaving into high school and can say i survived through it. The teachers i really did not like for many reasons but some where amazing teachers, Mrs. Lavelle, Mrs. Gibson, Mrs. Ferrel, Coach Debrand, Mr. Coombs. Just to name a few but a good school just watch out for some of the not-so-good teachers.

Hey! I'm a student here reporting to say some stuff on the topic of LCMA's bad history. I was just now brought to the attention of a kid being arrested. I truly did not know that a kid got arrested for not standing the pledge. However, the teacher was a substitute whom I have no accountant of being so rudimentary. The school has not changed at all. There are lot's of electives and the area is very calming, it just so happens that the negative video of LCMA shows the upmost worst pictures they could've found with the most drama. The campus is beautiful, filled with nature, and has a fountain. Truly though, LCMA's staff snaps quite a few times. This is caused by the students especially. I think that if they raised their standards it would be a better school by a tenfold. Thank you, for reading this review. Hopefully you have a better mindset on LCMA.

Edit: The more I read the comments the more I seem to agree sadly. I guess I was fooled by LCMA. I had a slightly good time, but the schools is biased. I see people who are amazing at core classes fail with scored so low (32%). And then the people who slack off talking always gets the amazing scores, including grades exceeding 100%. I have never done as bad as my growth as this in this school. Granted the MOST of the teachers are amazing, but the few really nullifies the results. I'm going to have to use myself as an example. I have never done so terribly bad on Math. When I did algebra, it was a breeze at first. As soon as the next lesson I haven't learned in previous years I didn't know the first step. The teachers don't teach, and as a auditorial learner, I haven't had a problem until that moment. Instead she told us to go learn it on a different site. A good site for review. However, I didn't learn anything. I have a 52% in Algebra and I have no intentions to bring it up. It's just a packet a day and 2 lessons on a site every school week is to much for anyone with 8 periods. I still pass school either way. I have A's in my other core classes and electives. Can't wait til' I pass and get to Bartow IB that is for sure going to be better. Our old principle (Andrews) is there and the new principle here is making me sick. This may sound spoiled but the new rules says no phones out during school hours no matter what. That really put a weight on me that feels like a kilo and a half.
