After being 25 years with this agency and having to put up with a long closure of hours during lunch they have left me out to dry because of an accident I had then I was acquitted of the fault and their staff told me not to bother trying to renew or fight the fault.
Any other State Farm Agency will be better than this one just read the other reviews every every complaint is about their staff. Mr Martin is only interested in policies that have multiple vehicles and high premiums he's looking for the big fish has no time for anybody else.

I don't know how many times I have to tell this company to stop sending this person's mail to my home he has never paid bills here rent or own this property! To save this individual monies on their premiums. That is FRAUD! He lives in west palm (wealthy neighborhood) not KISSIMMEE! Please stop!

Fantastic agency. Lazzo has been there for me for over 25 years. Always available when I have a question. Always willing to make recommendations and outweigh the benefits versus the risks of certain coverages and or policies. I’m going on my third home and he has always been able to be extremely competitive with the rate and my dealings with citizens have been very transparent. Not to mention, his staff is always pleasant, friendly and Willing to go the extra mile. Last and certainly not least, Sujei is a tremendous asset. She Has always made herself available in the past, takes her time in explaining every question and is extremely responsive to document requests and providing updates on my policies. Honestly, thank you.

Love state farm, but not this agency. Last year our property insurance somehow didn't renew in our monthly escrow payment and it left the bank (wells fargo) and Lazzo's office in a finger pointing contest. I sent an email asking for Lazzo to call me regarding the manner and I was passed off to another person in the office. I've been a customer of Lazzo's for 5+ years and he has never once called me. I called three days ago to get an insurance quote on a new property purchase. I was told someone would call me later that day and I never received a call back. If I was looking for that kind of service I'd go with a Geico or Progressive. The whole point of a having a personal insurance agent is for the one-on-one service, attention, and for them to PICK UP THE PHONE when I'm having an insurance issue. I'm not asking for him to check in daily, weekly, monthly, but one time a year or to call me back when I'm in a battle with my bank over property insurance would be courteous gesture.

I am in the middle of figuring out with State Farm corporate office.after several clerical errors how my policy increased by $110/month (brand new policy, no recent accidents). Of starting with State Farm. Policy went from a confirmed quote of $232.27 to $341.67. Needless to say, I believe there is fraud and I will be filing a complaint with the Office of Insurance Regulation for Florida.

12/24/2020.circa 12 noon.
I decided to go in person today to the new building of the StateFarm agency on Dixie Hwy to bring my account to a current status.
While talking to the receptionist; as she took down my information to assign me a person to talk to, an individual walked in with a tray of TAMALES in their hands. The receptionist stood up and opted to drop our conversation to take care of the other individuals needs. (it was change for a $20 bill which took over 10+ minutes)
What I had witness left me dumbfounded, amazed! After the food vendor had left I definitely voiced my opinion to the employed.
The lack of PROFESSIONALICIM by the Face of the company that represents me left me with a bitter taste. I felt as though I was unimportant to them, that the Thousands of dollars that I have pay them since coming on board would at least have me feeling like family but instead was left disappointed. I believe that if the staff is permitted to behaves like this than these actions can only make me question the competence, expertise and dedication that management has supposedly in out best interest.
In general, I am a 40 year old guy who has had StateFarms since I was in my early 20's, maybe even teens and today I was reminded that I am just a number/dollar sign to this company.
I'll be looking for another car insurance agency pretty soon.

Love this insurance Agency. Everyone working there is super friendly and very competent.
They cut my car insurance from geico in half!
I don’t know how they could get me this incredible quote but I am super happy with it. I am saving so much money!

Agency staff is very knowledgeable and very efficient.
They gave me an amazing quote for my new home. I was shopping around for a while and I compared 5 different companies and this agency was top number 1 in in pricing and service.

I asked for a quote two months ago for homeowners' insurance. The agent told me to send her some documents, which I promptly did, but she never responded. I followed up today and the agent told me she could not use what I sent, that I needed an updated four-point and wind mit report (mine was 14 months old). So, it took her two months to tell me that she couldn't help me and that I needed to spend money to update reports,.. And I should do this to get a quote from a company that can't even follow through on an insurance matter? Insurance companies will often tell you they need an updated report, but it's not required by many carriers. I know this from personal experience. So, rather than use this agent, I chose to shop around for a high quality professional agent who gladly accepted my 14 month old reports and provided me with comparable insurance for a reasonable cost.
