Le Petite Pooch, Valrico FL

Just left Le Petite Pooch in Valrico after getting our 2 pugs nails dremmeled. This place was very accommodating with letting my husband and myself standby our babies to feed them peanutbutter while they worked. We were in and out in about 5 minutes! Definitely going back again.

They take excellent care of my dog Ajax and give me recommendations if need be about any further care he may need

Horrible customer service. Last time there was a mix up in locations, I made an appointment at another location, luckily they took my dog in after I explained them the situation, they said that they'll take care of calling the other location and cancelling that other appointment with them. They asked me what I wanted, I explained to them that I would like for my dog to get a shave down, and a bath. A few HOURS later when they called me to pick my dog up, I noticed that she wasn't shaved. I paid for the service that they did and went home with my dog. Today I called to make another appointment and give them another shot, and they said that I have a no show fee that I needed to pay. I explained the situation again, and told the lady that her and her staff had told me on my first visit that they'll take care of that cancellation with their other facility, and they never did. I don't like liars, specially if they are charging me and providing a service to a love one. Never going back again, they can stick that cancellation fee where the sun don't shine, lose my business, and the rest of my friends and family that take their dogs there too.

Took my Dog for bath and groom around face area he is a golden doodle. The bath and trim was just not good. Left my dog face looking so uneven. Ears Were not cleaned! Today is his 3 day and fur smells like if he never took a bath. Not using service again.

Fantastic. They are wonderful here. We brought our dog, Seifer, here and he doesn't normally get along with other dogs. They did a great job of keeping him separated from other dogs, and they were both exceptionally professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend to anyone who loves their pet. Mine is like a new dog now. I'll definitely be back in the future!

Le petite pooch is a small but excellent grooming salon for your four legged family members I will definitely be returning with my little guy. Ash is a very sweet man and all the ladies are great my dogs all love them

I brought my Silky Terrier Douglas for his first bath and cut today at La Petite Pooch. After a thorough consultation, I left him in their care and waited for the call to pick him up. He was ready 10 minutes early, which worked out perfectly. I am SO thrilled with how much better he looks and smells after his spa! La Petite Pooch did exactly as I requested. I brought two photos in to show how I wanted Douglas' hair to look. He came out happy and wasn't shaking or scared. This tells me he was gently cared for while being bathed and groomed. La Petite Pooch will now be the only place I will take my dogs for grooming. They are located off of E. State Road 60 between the Beef O'Brady's and Pottery Patch on the left side of Winn Dixie. They'd be worth the drive if you don't live in Valrico. And the price! It was an exceptional experience! Thry have a very tidy and welcoming front store with pet foods and supplies as well. I've included two before photos and three after his groom. I can't wait to schedule his holiday spa appointment!

1st visit was easy and positive! We will definitely be back.
I dropped off our labradoodle Bo this a.m. Looking like a big scraggly mess and I couldn't believe how amazing he looked when I picked him up! My other dog freaked out and started barking at him when we got home because she didn't even recognize him.
Le Petite came highly recommended but they still managed to beat my expectations. Madison and the entire staff took their time and explained all my options when I dropped him off and picked up. I didn't feel rushed and the prices are really competitive.
I highly recommend calling them for your next grooming need. I attached before and after pictures.
