Leader's Casual Furniture of West Palm, West Palm Beach FL

Purchased an expensive patio set from this company in April of 2017 and its falling apart. Warranty expired in April of this year. We didn't use it because we were in quarantine. When we took the cover off was when we noted defective furniture. Called the store and we were told that we missed the warranty deadline and the store manager would give us $5 off a $200 chair. Asked him to open a case. Customer service manager called and told us unfortunately the warranty expired and there's nothing they can do, but we should have use turtle wax ice on the furniture and it would have prevented the issue. I asked how I should have known and she replied, I should have asked the sales person when I bought the furniture. We have barely used this furniture in 3 years and we didn't use during quarantine. Most of the time it was in garage. Giving us a 25% discount off the chairs is not acceptable. By the way, we were told that the turtle wax ice would have protected the furniture because its just like a car. Last I noticed my car is made of metal and paint. Not sure how they would be similar.

10 months ago we bought a pool settee for close to $1000.00 dollars. 2 Adirondack chairs separated by an umbrella table. At the time we custom ordered this piece we specified and submitted photos of where we wanted the hole 3 times now they still have not gotten it right. It is a total screw up and requested a new piece be made but to no avail. I believe we have been more than patient n to live on promises isn’t working for us so therefore I would like to return the whole set as it is useless to us.

We ordered a cushion for a chaise lounge chair we purchased from here. We were told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get. We waited 4 weeks and no cushion. When I called the store to see where the cushion was, I was advised that they were waiting for the fabric from Sunbrella. I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was advised that since it was a special order, I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. That is not the way to keep a customer. I ordered a cushion from another supplier and received it in 3 days, shipped free to my house.

I have to edit my review. After reading my review, Leader's corporate office decided to refund the restocking fee. I am satisfied with the way they handled my complaint. Thanks

We bought a set online from a "big box" hardware store with the initials HD. The set was shipped for free and dropped off on a wooden pallet with assembly required. Of course the driver left well before there was time to open the boxes to inspect. The inspection revealed significant scratchs on 2 chairs and bent legs on one chair. We called our problem in and had another set ordered, this time to the store so we could inspect it first. Again damaged, this time even worse. We sent the set back and went to Leader's where Vicki did a great job of showing us around. We bought a Tropitone set, it was delivered and set up on our patio 4 days later, no fuss, no mess. The furniture is delivered from St. Pete for a very modest fee. Thanks Vicki and Leader's

We purchased a patio dining set (table and 4 chairs) and two matching chaise lounges (Outer Banks Ocean Breeze). The chairs are swivel and are very comfortable. We love that the set has a 15 year warranty on the frames and will NEVER rust.

We looked all around West Palm Beach for Poolside Furniture and the only store that we found a Great Selection was: Leaders. We were a little concerned that we had been told that the Table we ordered would have hole for Umbrella in Glass top but that was not correct. We did have to make switch from Rectangular with Square corners to a Table that was rectangular with rounded corners. In the end it has worked out even though it cost us more to make this change.

I replaced my Home Depot resin furniture for Leaders Causal Furniture. The transformation of my back porch is amazing. Marcia & Linda provided great customer service. The furniture is comfortable and I love being able to stretch out on the sofa.

My wife and I bought a dining room set from Leader's Furniture in West Palm. We were very please with the selection at the store. The salesman Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We expect to return to purchase other items for our home.

Great price & great quality on a sofa bed I purchased. My sales person Marcia went above & beyond customer service. They closed at 7 pm, I got there at 6: 45 and she stayed after hours to accommodate me. I was very very satisfied. Plus the delivery men were very careful in carrying sofa in. I would definetly recommend Leaders!

A small table (on outside clearance) and two chairs was all I needed for a porch. Salesperson Marcia Butler was gracious, helpful, and professional, as I visited the store a couple times trying to decide. Thanks for the great service. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Leaders on Okeechobee has lots of gr8 inventory to chose from. Everything I looked at made me want to buy something else. And the staff was very helpful and patient. I will be coming back again!
