Leader's Casual Furniture Vero Beach

Terrible, terrible, terrible
Paid for my re-slinging in the beginning of June - still don’t have my chairs back on September 28th. Charged an additional amount once they had picked up my chairs -more than the initial 6 week lead time-and cannot tell if it was accurate but it was explained that if I wanted my chairs I needed to pay. I did and was then told it would be another 6-8 weeks. Don’t waste your money or your time with these thieves.

Great service and wonderful table, chairs and lounge chairs for pool deck. Definitely would recommend!

We ordered three pieces of outdoor furniture from
Leaders, spent quite a bit of money but for some reason did not order the frame sleeves.
We called in an order for those and when they finally arrived, they were delayed due to the pandemic,
we drove over to pick them up. My husband asked if they would mind bringing them out to our car, as it was just two small packages and we are over 60 and I’m immune compromised, and the employee said yes. We called when we were in the parking lot and ask the man working if he would bring them out, we were right in front of the door, and he got very huffy about it. He was very rude when he came out
and said I don’t have the virus! He was not wearing a mask either.
I thought under the circumstances that was uncalled for. We will not be shopping there again.

Don't shop here folks, these people sell junk. Bait and switch. They don't work with you. They don't call you back, if you finally get ahold of somebody they give you stupid excuses or lies. Worst experience I've ever had. If I could give it a negative rating I would.

I have furnished my living room and dining room from Leaders. I have also bought pictures and a lamp. Their furniture is exceptional and I always get compliments about it. The staff is very pleasant and patient and no one pressures you. All their items are awesome and very tropical, I just love the store and staff. We even had a great time reminiscing about our hometowns. Would definitely recommend this wonderful store.

This store offers an excellent selection of casual furniture at reasonable prices. This made the decision for items to put in a spare bedroom easy and stress free. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Everything was fully explained and all questions were answered. I highly recommend a visit to satisfy your shopping needs.

Leaders in Vero is terrific. I ordered a pair of Wood Cranes and they arrived quickly and in perfect shape. So many nice things in the store for the home. Staff very nice, very helpful. Will continue to shop at Leaders Casual Furniture in Vero Beach.

Recently Purchased a living room and dining room set from Leaders. The service was outstanding. I returned several times and each time Mark Sutton was so very patient and kind. Even the delivery men were very respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend this fine furniture store and plan to return for future items.

The first time I went to Leaders Furniture it was overwhelming to see all the beautiful furniture and wall decor to choose from. I purchased the Maldives Collection for my screened patio. It looks amazing and I get so many compliments. Sherry O ‘Dell, my sales person, was such a delight and made my purchasing experience so exciting. The delivery guys were extremely nice too!

We had an issue with the patio furniture we purchased. Leaders did not hesitate to replace the item. Sales staff, customer service and delivery personnel are outstanding. Highly recommend.

Very helpful, excellent furniture can't say enough about the service. Every time were in Vero we stop in.

We have shopped all of the casual furniture stores in the area and none compare to Leader's. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The selection of quality items at reasonable prices is by far the best. Items are displayed such that it is easy to navigate the store and the decor items appropriately placed. We have without reservation recommended the store to friends and relatives.

Great experience. We had been to a number of stores from Stuart to Vero Beach, only by accident did we see and stop at Leader’s. Walked around a little before Sherry approached us, ask if she could help, we told her we were just looking, she said fine, told us her name and let her know if she could be of help.

We had already picked out new patio furniture at another store, we were in Vero to look at it one more time and were ready to make the purchase, on the way home we stopped Leader’s. Found something we liked, Sherry gave us a written price and told us it was in stock and she could have it del. Tuesday.

I called her 3 weeks later and placed the order and our new patio set was del. 2 days later. We are very happy with the patio set we purchased from Leader’s and had a great experience working with Sherry with the Vero Beach store. I have already recommended them to others, it was worth the drive to Vero Beach to find a patio set we are both happy with.

I shopped at Leader's Casual Furniture in Vero Beach to compare prices from another store that sold the same Tropitone patio furniture. The inventory in the store is laid out very nicely, which made a lovely shopping experience. Leader's had better prices, and the Tropitone chairs are so comfortable. I expect it to last a very long time, too. Sherry was very patient and great in helping me choose the best color fabric from the swatch book. The furniture was delivered and set up, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I look forward to buying more items in the future.

We purchased a Tropitone patio set at the Vero Beach store. Sherry was the sale associate and could not have been more helpful. The set was delivered and set up just as promised. We noticed, however, that one of the chairs was leaning. I stopped in the store and spoke with Sherry, telling her of the issue and offered to send her pics of the faulty chair. She said that wasn't necessary and immediately took steps to have it replaced. I was shocked at the ease of having it replaced - pleasantly so! While in the store, I found a bistro set I loved and so bought that too. The new chair and bistro set were delivered today. They are FABULOUS. I can't say enough good things about Leader's - or Sherry. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Over the past year, we have visited Leader’s Casual Furniture in Vero Beach and found their collection of patio furniture and accessories outstanding! We purchased all our patio furniture and accessories there. They have something there for the most discriminating taste. We furnished our lanai with a beautiful cast aluminium table and chair set with a matching settee and lovely accent cushions. We found perfect wall accessories that completed the relaxing tropical feel we desired. What made our shopping experience enjoyable was working with the sales professional named “Yuchin” because she went over and above to find exactly what we were looking for. If you have a question about a product there, Yuchin will follow through or find the answer. Give Leader’s Casual Furniture a visit and be sure to ask for Yuchin!

My husband and I bought a breakfast set but when it was delivered it did not fit or look right in the place we were putting it. I called Sherry and she said not problem they would pick it up. We went by the store, picked out another set and it looks great. Sherry and the entire staff are the greatest and we have purchased a lot of patio and other stuff from them. This is my favorite place to shop because they have everything. Thanks to all that work at Leader's Furniture for a wonderful experience.

The employees are so helpful and friendly. YuChin has been so helpful in helping us pick out some beautiful furniture. We have bought several items from Leaders. They have all been great quality and delivered the next week. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely buy again!
