Leading edge builders and some their employees Have been really difficult to deal with this has been the worst and stressful year because of their lack of communication with The building process. Total disrespect from start to finish. I have dealt with almost everybody in the company and they do not care about their customers. Every subcontractor that worked on our house messed something up and had to come back multiple time. It took them 3 Times to get our marble backsplash right. (Per superintendent). There wasn’t one trade that was smooth. Worst builder in Florida absolute liars blaming the customer for their incompetence. Lied from the beginning about pricing, no communication and disrespect once we signed. The companies response below is a cover up. Day one of breaking ground there concrete installer broke the pluming then fixed it his self and pushed it back into the wet concrete. Not a certified plumber. The builder Tryed to pass it off as ok. I Made the builder cut up the brand new concrete in master to Re pipe. That was just the start of there incompetence on a job site.
From day one to final we had issues. Too many to list. I put a review and all the pictures on there Facebook and they blocked me. Seen they were on channel 9 news for another poorly managed Client. I’ve also had multiple clients contact me off of Facebook to talk to me about the same problems they are going through. Do your research read the reviews make sure you pick a respectful and honest builder in Fl.

The team at Leading Edge helped me with initial site development on my lot which had some slopes and water retaining areas. Their design team also has a lot of experience to help you work out what you want in your house, while understanding material selection. They even take Pinterest pics and ideas to help you customize what you like. Extremely professional, patient and talented team between the owner/builder/design team.

If you’re looking to build a house, Leading Edge Builders is the way to go. They went above and beyond. Working in the construction industry, we were very skeptical on who we chose to build with.

The designers, the selection team, and everyone in between were all great to work with and each helped bring our vision to life!

Our superintendent, Ryan, was great throughout the whole construction progress. He is very knowledgeable and attentive!
His communication is excellent- we always felt informed of what was happening. He always kept us updated on the progress and the anticipated schedule for our build! We could not have asked for a better superintendent and are very grateful for having him oversee our project!

We are very happy with the outcome and will highly recommend to anyone looking to build a custom home.
