Very poor customer service. Representative was very disrespectful. I'd never recommend this company to anyone even if it were a life or death situation.

Wonderful experience. We had to have a revision to the installation due to our roof overhang but everything was corrected. Just waiting for it to rain during the day so I can re-evaluate the revision. Thank you everybody who helped in this process.

Had gutters installed around the entire house. I had to have one down spout rerouted and that was done quickly and efficiently.

This is the most non professional, non responsive, company I have ever worked with in my life. My system was installed a couple years ago. My roof was damaged by Hurricane Ian, the local “Leaf Filter” representative removed the guards before my new roof was installed. After my new roof was completed, I scheduled the guards to be reinstalled, that was five months ago. They scheduled three times and never showed up. After five months, I called three times last week and no one returned my telephone calls. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I am now going to contact a local gutter company to redo the work. I am frustrated, disappointed and upset that “Leaf Filter” has treated me in this manner.

I had a problem with the screen and something else but DaWayne made the necessary repairs and went over and above my expectations to help me. He was friendly, respectful, and efficient.

O. K.as far as the quality of the installation and product I hope they are as advertised, however, my issue is with the salesman (Marty) and some misleading statements he made.
I was told a separate crew had to come out to detach the lanai cage from the roof gutter and there would be an additional charge but when the Leaf Filter arrived it was one man only and he was there to do the entire job.
When I later questioned Marty about why I didn't get a "crew" his response was "a crew can be anywhere from 1 to 10 people". Well maybe in Marty's world this is true however I think most people would think a crew was a group of people.
Marty also asked me 'why do I care about how many people because the job was done". Well. I care because the job was supposed to be completed a day earlier and maybe if there were more than 1 person doing everything it could have been but since there wasn't and we had a small rain shower it got pushed back a day and caused my wife and I to have to change our plans.
I was also told that the extra charge for removing the Lanai screen was because standard with all companies because "no one will take the risk of standing on a tile roof and cracking a tile because if they do then the company is liable and will have to replace the whole roof", that seemed shady because a broken tile can be replaced but then I go outside during the install and where is the installer standing? On the roof.
The final issue is I was told there would be an extra fee if using a credit card, I assumed they could accept a debit card since in my world they are 2 different things but when I asked Marty for clarification (after the job was complete) because I was out of checks could something be worked out (like have checks over nighted) I was told I was a "moron" and "nobody would ever think a debit card was different". I tried to point out that I have used a debit card to avoid extra fees many times but Marty insisted that nobody does that.
I really hope the guards work well and were installed correctly because dealing with someone after the fact who is condescending and insulting really makes me wish I could have these removed and go with someone else even if they have an inferior product.

Jim (James) was fantastic and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and in detail. The installers were just a nice and professional. Not to mention the payment processing center was another friendly department. Overall it was easy to do business with and the prices were the best compared to the competitors who wanted to charge excessively too much. I strongly recommend doing business with them - AAAA+ Thank you Leaf Fiilter!

This is the second house I have used Leaf Filter to replace my gutters. Both times they were extremely responsive - everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. They installed my gutters in a timely manner and followed up promptly when a couple of minor issues popped up later. Thank you, Leaf Filter!

Started good till I questioned to assure it was all measured and they had it all.nope! They had only measured for the sides of the house.so when he walked AROUND the house and saw the missing soffit, he didn't think that was also to be replaced? ! So then the price goes up.okay. And and it should but really. So then, first day the installer comes and works, says he's leaving but will be back in a while to finish up.nope! Next day when there are things to do he showed up to finish. Now our flood lights out back don't work. I called and was told someone would call me to come look at it.nope! End of story. Screwed again! BBB next.

Ryan and his crew made repairs to our gutters that were damaged by hurricane Ian. Ryan was outstanding and professional even when an error was discovered on our contact. This error made by the sales person that had originally came out and took measurements had measurements incorrectly on one side of our house so not enough materials were ordered to finish the job. Ryan personally went pickup the additional materials that same day and finish our project on time. Ryan stood by the original quoted price and didn’t ask us to pay a dime more. It was nice to deal with a company who takes care of the customer first. Ryan and his crew are honest and trustworthy would highly recommend these guys from LeafFilter Gutter A+A+A+

Hurricane Ian damaged our gutters and soffits badly. We got several estimates but Leaf Filter promised they had the materials and would repair in 2 to 3 weeks. They were totally unresponsive to phone calls so I had to drive an hour to their office, I go nothing but excuses for two months and then they told me they wanted to refund my deposit. That took two more weeks. We got our repairs using a handyman and the work only took two days. Leaf Filter in my opinion does not have the material or professional craftsmen to do a good job on your house. Don’t believe their advertising.

The gutter guards have been a blessing to our home. Surrounded by oak trees and bamboo, our gutters were in constant need of cleaning. The product has eliminated that issue.
We did lose several screens during Hurricane Ian. When I called the company for a repair estimate, they were here the next day and we ready to do the repairs. As Hurricane Nicole was approaching, I postponed the repairs. I called back after the storm passed and again, I was scheduled for repairs the following day.
Outstanding customer service and technician ‘s skills in making the repairs.
