I love my new LeafFilter gutters. We recently had extremely heavy rain and I could see the difference in how and where the rain drained from my roof due to the wider width of the gutters and downspouts. Workers were very efficient and worked quickly. I would recommend this company.

The absolute worst experience…after building our new home we decided to go with what we understood to be the best company for new gutters (leaf filter). Well what a mistake that was, the quality of the product installed was not good - many waves and lumps on the aluminum. The installers left pieces of cut aluminum all around the home with very sharp ends. One week later I called them because some areas were coming off and we just were not happy with the quality. This nightmare started towards the end of August, it now need over 3 months and one excuse after another. Horrible company!

Sales was great, Installation was remarkable as a one man operation. So far we haven't had any rain so I will not grade it yet. Overall I am pleased even though the pricing was in my opinion a bit high. Everything looks good so far.

I've had a frustrating experience with LeafFilter Gutter Protection. Initially sought help for water issues I was having with my old gutters and ended up installing their gutters and leaf filters. Unfortunately, the problem has worsened post-installation, leading to multiple technician visits. Despite numerous calls and appointments, the issue persists, and the one no-show for a scheduled visit was especially disheartening. Overall, a regrettable decision that has been ongoing for months without resolution. SMFH

This company is quick to collect, slow to resolve. UNWILLING to correct their issues, but threaten to put a lien on my house after three weeks for nonpayment of final "invoice" which I never received. It took me three weeks to get them to send an invoice - about the same time they treated to put me up for collections and a contractor lien. Personable salesperson, terrible everything else.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM unless you dont care about quality, service, or quick resolution for issues. Oh, it it cost almost $15K for a relatively small mid century modern, one story. Expensive and poor quality. Great combo. Will NEVER work with them again.

Dylann Mersereau came on time this morning for the appointment. He explain all the procedures, answers all our questions and concerns. He was courteous and informative on the installation process. He is a good employee, give him some cuddos and raise.

I had a plant growing from my gutter, after installing LeafFilter system a few months prior. I called the 800 number and scheduled an appt - nobody showed up. Then I called the local number - left a message; no call back. The next day I did get through. When associate arrived, at first he said the plant was growing from the patio roof, not the system (to me it looked EXACTLY like the plant that initiated my concern and service originally). When he got on the ladder and looked, he said it was growing from the system but he couldn't or didn't explain why this happened - I don't know if this will occur. But I am grateful the company lives up to the warranty and serviced my issue.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Leaffilter cancelled the job on the day of the install after arriving on location and realizing they actually had to put in some work. Contract singed and 50% downpayment cancelled for no reason. I am glad they cancelled on me because I got the job done for half the price by honest hard working professionals. Not only did the technician fail to speak any English to explain his reasoning for cancelling but the customer service center didn't return any calls after putting in a formal complaint. Total scam job. Stay away from overpriced, over promise, and under deliver or right away cancel an agreement unilaterally.

It’s a shame. Overpriced and terrible customer service. The product itself is pretty good but the installers Are awful. Can’t communicate, seams are sloppily filled, and the front of the house was a travesty. Did it after I left. They sent an “engineer” to help and he basically said “if you want to pay us we’ll take it down. ” $30k! And are you kidding me? I would never recommend them. Great product. Horrific team.

I only had 80ft of gutter on the back of my home. The estimate was $2700. When I said I wouldn't be interested the salesman got very rude and demanded I give him another chance to sell me again. After asking him politely to leave 4 times I was told us up north people were rude. The only way to get him to leave was by calling the police. Stay far away from this company who try to take advantage of the elderly! And smart people can see the fake reviews

Warning of my dealings with Leaf Filter. Had a system installed (installer had to come out twice due to error). Job included removal of old protection system and install of leaf filter on all gutters. Turns out they missed installing a small area. With the old protection now removed, a piece of large debris got stuck in the gutter/downspout. Water backed up on the roof and came in through the walls of my front bedroom, and into the front entrance. I had 2” of standing water in my house. Window needs to be reframed and all the drywall in the room ripped out and replaced.

Company sent an inspector out a month ago. Tried to tell me there should be drawings of which gutters I paid for. (Apparently the sales receipt with the words “all gutters replaced” wasn’t specific enough). He cleaned out the gutter, installed the missing piece, and took pictures of damage. No return call in a month now. Customer service just delivers message to local office, which goes nowhere.

Scam company. Harsh lesson on my end. Significant house damage to repair too.

Antonio Baraboza, the sales manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible enough to meet our needs. He is a great asset for LeafFilter. The installers were professional and did a great job.
