15This company gives a lifetime warranty and it is transferable to the next homeowner. Excellent product. About 3 weeks after installation, during heavy rain, I noticed my gutters leaking so I called them up because one of the things they do is repair and clean your gutters before installation. They apologized and had a crew report for repairs the very same week as my call. They did a great job. I'm very pleased.
What a scam! Our sales person, Keith S, ghosted us. He actually gave us an unbelievable discount on their gutter system. His initial quote was $26k and he ended up lowering it to just under $6k. That’s the first red flag right there, also considering our house is only about 2,500 Sq. Ft. However he told me that they are required to offer their product at cost if the consumer cannot afford the initial quote. Doesn’t make sense to me but that’s what he said. It seemed like the deal of the century! However, he never ended up installing the gutters. We had a contract drawn up and everything, but apparently he gave us that “fantastic deal” with plans of never following through on his offer. He ended up telling us he couldn’t provide us with the documents that our HOA required. Those documents however were boiler plate/standard things. So fast forward 3 months and we ended up going with Gutters Unlimited (in Clermont, FL) and they were fantastic. And guess what…Gutters Unlimited provided us with the very same HOA documents, that Leaf Filter told us they couldn’t produce, in less than 2 hours.
Everyone from, The salesman to the installers were so friendly and professional it was an easy and satisfying experience, and my home is better for it.
The installation was done quickly and, according to the inspector, quite well.
I don't know how well it is working because there has been very little rain here since the installation.
I had LeafFilter installed on my residence and detached garage. The installer, Yasmany Delgado was top notch and went above and beyond what was expected. He was professional, efficient, courteous and took pride in his work. It gave me confidence in my decision to go with LeafFilter.
I contacted the company because I kept seeing their ads on Facebook and I have a big old house with saggy problematic gutters. I was initially given the price of $16,000. (My house is huge). But here's where the story takes a turn. When I reacted "shocked" the guy said, "But. I can do you this.discount. " and dropped the price to $12,000. That kinda' maneuver right away is a big red flag. But I wasn't ready to do this right now for any price anyway I just honestly wanted an estimate and to make some plans. So then a few days later I get a text message asking me if I'm interested in an even lower price? I was like, "Sure. " Texts me back and now it's down to $9,000. So first price I'm told is 16k and now it's 7k less? Really? Either for 16k they were gonna do an excellent job with great materials, and for 9k they were gonna do a so-so job with cheaper materials OR they started at 16k to see if this blonde middle-aged woman would take the bait. Either way for this reason I would never trust this business. I view this way of running a business as dishonest. I know the last 3 years have been hard on everyone but.come on.
From the first contact to installation, it took 3 days, over the weekend as well. The process was fast, friendly and with the appropriate discounts, more affordable than I had anticipated.
Everyone involved in the process, from the initial presentation of the product to the final installation of the same were all done in a patient, professional, and timely manner. We would definitely recommend them to any one inquires.

Leaf filter of Ormond Beach is Extremely overpriced! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. HIGH PRESSURE SALES. The estimator, Johnathan Hutson, sat in my parent's livingroom for 3 hours and wouldn't leave. I would have called the police on this man had I been here! It was practically a home invasion.definately coercion! My elderly dad told him up front that they just wanted an estimate and would think about it overnight before making a decision. He said, "okay, that's fine" When the estimator was done, my dad said "we'll let you know tomorrow" BUT, the Mr. Hutson just wouldn't accept that. My dad is disabled and in a wheel chair, and it was two hours past his dinner time, but the man just would not leave. FOR THREE HOURS! My parents got so hungry mom just got up and started fixing dinner, BUT HE STILL WOULDN'T LEAVE! Dad was so worn down and intimidated he couldn't take it, so he agreed to the job just to get him out of the house. Once he got the check, the man was gone within 45 seconds.
They didn't back up their promise of guaranteed satisfaction. They didn't even put enough drain pipe to jet the water away from the house. $4400 for gutters and the water floods right by the house. Exactly as it did before the gutters! Dad called and asked for another length of gutter and the estimator offered to fix it for $50. B. S! I bought a piece at ACE for $7. Don't waste your money! Guaranteed satisfaction? NO, that's a lie! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. Installers were nice men. That's the ONLY good thing about this company. I'm sure they're underpaid.
The estimator used intimidation tactics on vulnerable elderly people.
If he ever comes back here the cops will be called! If he ever calls or harasses my parents again, he'll be in court or in jail.
This company is a complete scam, we had always heard about them from being up north, and now, since moving to Florida, we built a brand new home and had no idea that the homes here do not come with gutter systems on them, which I find odd since it rains, and there are hurricanes here. However, we devoted four hours to listening to a man pitch of the lifetime guarantee of the system and how it’s different and so on and so forth. Fast forward to a year later the one end of our gutter continues to drip and leak and they’ve been out twice to check it, then part of our screen was sticking up out of the other side of a gutter and when I called customer service, they all sound like Disney employees but when they transfer you over to warranty, you are severely miss treated and they are rude and condescending. The gutter system just so everyone is aware is not a lifetime guarantee on the gutters. It’s a lifetime guarantee on clogs, that’s it not on the system itself so after the first year, the only thing it covers is clogs
LeafFilter has robo called my phone for weeks after I submitted a request for a quote. Calling daily for weeks is excessive. I have blocked at least 5 of their numbers and they continue to call.
My husband try Leaf filters company.
They NEVER show on schedule time first they didn't show, next rescheduled they show WRONG time. Rescheduled again. Finally after server we got a quote sales guy do a good job by the sale. We contracted them the company DIDN'T show up for installation. LAST Saturday. We have to call again servers again, this time to cancel the order.
Now we still waiting on confirmation number that our contract is over.

These people are a rip off.poor customer service don't return calls and will not correct the clogged mesh screen with the over on poor splash guards issue. We will take them to court.
