Matt was nothing short of absolutely amazing. My repair went very smooth and quick and I was pleasantly surprised with the kindness and care he showed to me. Used tires are ok, but do not aling your car here. It was noticeable that the tech knew little to nothing about aligning cars to the point he said my truck could not be adjusted. Got charge for the aligment regardless. Tech also broke the clips on the hubcap, unsuable. Also check the math when they give you the bill, the lady was overcharging me an extra $25. When caught didnt even apologize, be careful.

Edit: got my car align at a reputable shop that knew what they were doing with no problems

A few months ago never got charged for a extraction fee. Was a loyal customer untill today. Tried charging me $20 for extraction. Got charged $10. Got charged $5 too much on the tire too.

Brought my brand new 24” rims here to be mounted because I thought they were a quality shop per the reviews. They are hacks! The rims were. Rand new in the box and I inspected them before I brought them to the shop. They do not make appointments so expect to wait for 2-3 hours. Their mounting machine tore up new rims (see photos). I didn’t realize it until a drove home and started to clean my rims (because the shop didn’t bother to clean them off after install and left handprints all over them). Then I saw the damage. $1400 rims and each one has a huge scuff from their mounting machine. Literally hundreds of dollars in damage. I’m guessing they didn’t bother to use the Teflon attachment to keep it from being a metal on metal contact and there is no way a Hunter machine (doesn’t touch the rim) would do this. So now I spent $400 to mount 4 tires and reconnect my sensors just to end up with heavily damages rims. Stay away from this place if you have nice rims and want a quality install.

Update: After a couple days I got on 75 and noticed the truck was shaking violently at 70mph. I took it to Tire Choice in Estero because I knew they had a Hunter Machine and could perform a Road Force Test. They “balancing” by Leals was way off. They had to rebalance the tires. After that the truck was smooth as can be. I’m not sure what To do at this point about Leals. It not worth suing them. All I can do is hope some reads my review and doesn’t get burned like I did.

My low tire pressure light came on this morning and this location is close to where I work, so I figured I would get a quote on a tire patch.

The quote sounded good, and it was very close, so I stopped in. I walk into the main office and the young man at the counter gave me a deer in the headlights look before asking how he could help. I said why I was there and someone from the back room yelled "just pull around back and someone will take care of you".

OK, no problem.

I pull out of where I parked, and there is no "back" to pull around to. I asked one of the guys who worked there and he said "oh, no - just pull up to a bay that is empty and they will bring you in. "

Now, my father has been a mechanic for most of my life. So, that being said, "pull up to" means that you pull up outside a bay and wait for someone to motion you in. I sat there and I waited. After 5 minutes I saw that none of the workers were working on motioning me in. Several looked me right in the eye and responded with a dead stare.

No one asked me what I was there for, no one signaled me into one of two open bays.

Right away, I could see the professionalism I would be working with. Couple this with the fact that no prices are posted, no one offered to take my keys and let me come collect the car when the job was done, and my gut screamed that this would not be a good service.

In my experience of spending a lifetime around mechanics, I have learned there are good and bad mechanics. The behaviors and signs I saw this morning all pointed to what would have likely been a poor experience. If you want to know what an experience should be, where your options are explained and people pay attention to you, do yourself a favor and don't go to Leal's.

I guess I am going to hope the tire does not run out and that I can make it to my normal location at Terry Wynter Auto tonight.

Great service, friendly, & great prices, can't beat that! They squeezed me in on a busy day & I greatly appreciated that! Would recommend to others!

SCAM ALERT they failed to find a leak on my tire and charged me double, issue was within 2 days but still got nickel & dimed. Place is trashy anyways,

No good went way up on used tires, try Robert's tires on metro just before the Ford street turn off inside the fence you'll see the sign.

I have used Leals in the past I purchased a used set of tires about 18 months ago. When changing the brakes the lugs were difficult to remove and it was discovered that SILVER LOCKTITE was on the studs of all 4 tires!
The wheels were difficult to get off and could have caused the studs to be stripped and replaced.

Do not buy tires here. Staff is horrible, lied to me about the price, almost ruined my rims. Horrible experience I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Staff is friendly and extremely helpful, I had the pleasure of working with Manny, he educated me on the status of my tires and background on the factory make. He assured me that nothing was wrong with them, he did however recommend an alignment as my tires were facing in. Will return to get that done soon. Overall very satisfied. Everyone was professional and assured that I was being helped. Fast paced and organized.

Scammers! Wanted to charge me $40 just to mount and balance a used tire that I purchased somewhere else! HORRIBLE customer service!

Go here all the time for used tires and this time was friendly as as always, however they need to stop selling dry rotted tired. You have to be careful when buying and inspect the tire before they put it on your vehicle!
