I have been waiting for ages to have Leather Works, redesign a Custom Puppy Hood for me. The Creaters were Josh an Mr. Bear, they did quality and exquisite work on design of the hood an dedication to detail on my hood Truly were above and beyond what I expected. Their honesty to pricing and commitment to getting done on time was spot on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME VISIT!

I ordered a custom harness years ago. I worked with Jason Pelke and he did an AMAZING job on it. I recently also purchased a rubber paddle, but for some reason the envelope sent was empty: (However, a simple call sorted it. I spoke with a fella named Eric. We had a good laugh about the situation and he immediately set it up to have a paddle shipped to me. I have not received it yet, but wanted to give a 5 star rating to leatherwerks as they have been wonderful to me from the start as a customer. HIGHLY recommend them.

Amazing customer service! This store has great products and the staff to help you find not only what your looking for but to introduce products you may become interested in as well.

Whether your just going in to refill your lube bottle, or you’ve got an extreme fantasy you’re looking to explore, leatherwerks definitely either has what you need, or knows where to get it. The staff are friendly and helpful but also very discreet if you’d just like to just be left to explore on your own. The absolute best quality harnesses in town and you can’t beat being able to try on tester c-rings onsite to ensure proper form fit and function! Just thinking of going in there starts to get me all giddy and warm inside.

Basically, one of the best stores in ft Lauderdale! I bought an awesome AF (real leather) harness for under 100.00, same harness on line over 200.00. Pass by I promise you'll leave with a few items. Good quality and great service.

What a fantastic shop! I've browsed other leather stores but never purchased because I wasn't crazy about the prices or selection other places. However, I had a really fantastic shopping experience at LeatherWorks. The staff was so incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and hands-on for a leather newbie like myself. Ira helped me pick out the perfect accessories, and he was simply fantastic! He really knew his stuff and made some terrific recommendations. The staff is always around to assist. Very knowledgeable. Great selection of items. They customized the leather harnesses to the very best fit for me. They weren't pushy and really wanted me to look good in what they suggested. The leather goods are really good quality. One garment I bought had a small defect and they corrected it at no charge. Very satisfied.

I enjoy the quality, staff support and customer service. I've shopped at a number of stores and the quality isn't there, or the service is not worth me returning. LeatherWerks is a place I can count on the quality and service. If I have any issues, they fix them promptly.

This is a SUPER fun store. Obviously it's not a family friendly establishment, but if you have need for anything related to the fetish community then this is the place to go. Toys, clothing, harnesses, masks cover all the bases. While obviously is caters mainly to men, women are welcome as well. A special tip, shopping naked gets you a discount, and much admiration.

Excellent service with an amazing selection of products. While they cater to a gay male clientele (specifically the leather crowd), there's certainly plenty of products of interest for anyone wanting to spice things up in the bedroom. The staff goes out of their way to make sure customers are comfortable shopping the store. I can't rate them high enough. If you're visiting Ft Lauderdale, you owe it to yourself to pay Leatherwerks a visit.

Don't believe when they tell you "oh you can return it". But they won't accept it when you try to return.make sure you really like it before you buy anything or go another leather store (I recomend that.)

The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! I had great help fitting merchandise in a very open and welcoming environment. The staff are amazing, and I couldn't have had a better experience.

I have yet to be to the main store, but their satellite store inside the Ramrod bar is great and the people working there are super helpful and knowledgeable. I have so far purchased a leather harness, leather shorts and matching leather studded collar and bracelet. I also got a great deal on a cap there for my spouse which he absolutely loves. Keep up the good work guys!
